I helped her get down from the game and I held on to her stomach from the back and walked with her to the next game.

"Baby can we play just dance." She asked picking up a controller

I picked up the second one while she picked a song. The song started and she began to copy the moves while I tried to keep up.

"I can't." I said putting it down

"You didn't even try." She yawned

"Come on let's go. Your tired." I wrapped my hands around her waist

She nodded and we walked to the car.

In the car
"Baby can we get some ice cream?" She asked looking out the window

I nodded and drove toward Rite Aid.

Ashlynn POV
"You want anything?" I asked as I got out the car

He shook his head and I walked in rite aid. I stood in the ice cream line and tapped my foot as the lines moved up slowly.

"Excuse me beautiful." I heard from behind me

I looked behind me and there was this tall lightskin guy that shot me a smile showing his perfectly white teeth.

"Ashlynn you don't remember me?" He asked skipping up the line with me

"Umm...no sorry." I said studying his face

"Jer-Jermaine!" I yelled hugging him and cutting him off

"Yes." He said hugging me tightly

I let go and had a permanent smile on my face. I stepped up to the counter and ordered me and Rockys ice cream.

"I got it Ash." He said pulling out a twenty and paying

"Thank you." I grabbed the ice creams from the counter

He walked out with me too the car and I set the ice creams on the hood.

"Can I have your number?" He asked politely

"Well friends. Because I'm pregnant and my boyfriend is right there." I nodded toward the car

"Friends." He said confirming and handing me his phone

I put my number in and handed him my phone.

"Ashlynn what are you doing?" Rocky asked getting out and walking over

"Oh baby this is my friend Jermaine from California. We were like bestfriends in high school till I left." I said introducing them

"And Jermaine this is my boyfriend and father of my child Rocky." I said kissing his cheek

"What's up." Rocky said shaking his hand from behind me

"What's up." Jermaine said shaking his hand

"Well bye J. I'll be in touch." I said and we did our handshake from high school

I grabbed the ice creams off the hood of the car and got in.

"Ain't that crazy running into him on the other side of the country." I said buckling my seat belt

"Yea. Crazy." He said dryly

"Are you salty?" I laughed

He looked over to me and shook his head.

"Here maybe this would cheer you up. Umm....Rocky Road ice cream for my Rocky." I said handing to him

He sat it on the steering wheel and ate it.

"I knew you wanted some." I said lowly

He smiled and ate another spoonful
