Steam filled the small bathroom in Elizabeth's apartment as she felt the knots in her back loosen and the tension in her shoulders ease away from the relaxing hot water that she stood under. She contemplated on what to do. Informing the Cullens of the Volturi's recent threats was on her mind, but she wanted a solution first on how she could assure them they would be safe.

She thought of traveling by herself to put up a hex for them where they all were. Although she truly was not sure if her abilities could do so much. She also knew Edward would be worried. It had been awhile since they last spoke.

After using her abilities to teleport, Elizabeth's heeled boots clicked on the pavement of the driveway as she walked towards the front entrance of the Cullen's home.

Before she could even ring the doorbell, the wooden framed glass door opened, revealing Alice standing in front of her, a wide eyed expression on her face.

"I saw more of Aro's plans." Alice spoke quickly. "And I saw what happened with the wolves."

Elizabeth's heart stopped as she hurriedly followed Alice into the home. The two sat on one of the black leather sofas facing one of the large windows that viewed the open, deep green forest.

"Where is everyone?" Elizabeth asked glancing around the empty home a bit frantically.

"He's not here, and he doesn't know anything. I had only just seen the vision after he'd left." Alice crossed her legs. "Carlisle and Esme are in the city for the day, the rest needed to hunt."

Elizabeth nodded trying to figure out where to begin. "There were two of them that showed up recently." Elizabeth allowed Alice to see inside her mind the day she encountered with the Volturi at the edge of the hex.

"Jane and Alec." Alice spoke with a dazed look as she fully immersed herself in the vision Elizabeth showed her.

"After the threats they'd spoken of, I decided right away I was angry and wanted to eliminate as many of their trackers as we could. So, the wolves agreed to help me." Elizabeth sighed seeing Alice's face already knowing what she was going to say. "I didn't want to risk any of you getting hurt, so I didn't involve you guys."

Alice glanced down at her hands for moment. "I was able to see past the red mist for just a moment, when that tracker knocked you out just before that wolf grabbed you. And then I saw Aro deciding to send the other trackers to Carlisle's friends all around the world." She spoke, her golden eyes looking back to Elizabeth's green ones.

"There must be something we can do, Alice." Elizabeth sat closer to her feeling anxious. "I really don't know how far I can project my hex from but I can try."

Alice shook her head. "Just let me talk to Carlisle. He can inform them and let them know what's going on and to keep safe. He's got friends with some powerful gifts too, you know." She gave her a reassuring soft smile.
