A sweet, gentle tune played within Park Jimin's bath house. His family owned a private bathhouse attached to the castle with marble statues of Aphrodite and Dionysus, gold crowning, and hanging flower gardens. There were two baths, a slightly less extravagant bath for guests and a fancier bath for the royal family. Though you felt it was too nice of an offer, the Prince had allowed you to bathe in the family bath.

With a towel in hand and white robe wrapped around you, you dipped your foot in to test the water. It was warm, like a jacuzzi. Stem had wafted throughout the room making it a little difficult to see anything. Undoing the robe, you left it on the side of the bath and eased your way into the water. The decor itself looked like you were in paradise. Soaps and hair care of assorted scents were at the end of the bath. A remote that controlled the lighting and bubble content was next to it. Chocolates with different fillings were accessible by ones request.

She knew she shouldn't take too long since V and The Prince were going to show her another interesting place. However, she couldn't help but fall deeper into bliss. If she wanted, she could stay here forever with no worries.

Bubble bubble...glub glub....Splash...swish...

______ heard something moving in the water. She had no idea who or what if was. The fog wasn't so bad that she couldn't see, but as to what was making the noises, she didn't see any suspects.

Bubble bubble...glub glub....Splash...swish...

There is was again. Every so often that same noise echoed in different directions. Sometimes closer, sometimes farther; fainter, louder. It was scaring her.

She tried telling herself it was just the fountain or the staff, but the likely hood of that was nonexistent. What she was hearing was in the water, not outside it.

Bubble bubble...glub glub....Splash...swish...

Her body shivered. It was right behind her.

Instinctively, she turned around to see what it was, but in the end saw nothing more than fog.

"I'm losing it", she sighed as she tried calming her nerves.

"Princess?"

"IDYSUVKEUKGVJ-----MMPHH!!!"

Scared half to death, a naked V had covered her mouth to muffle the noise. Realizing that he was the one who made the noises, she pushed him away and sunk into the water to hide her body.

"Wha--! What the hell are you doing here?!"

"I'm taking a bath", he bluntly answered. He made it seem like this was normal.

"I can see that", you glared. " I mean, why are you taking one in here?"

"Because you are here."

"What...?" This guy made no sense. Was he some kind of pervert or something?!

V frowned. "Are you mad?"

"YES-"

He placed a finger on your lips with a careful expression on his face. "--Shhh..."

"Don't tell me to 'shush'. I'm in a bath, naked! You can't be in here."

V sighed, looking away from you to respect your privacy. "That's something I don't get about humans. They cover up their bodies because they're shy. But everyone else has the same thing they do. I don't get it."

You realized where V was coming from. He wasn't human so he didn't understand human values well. V had looked so human to you that you forgot what he really was. Feeling bad for yelling, you opened your mouth to speak.

"I... shouldn't have yelled. I'm sorry....You can stay, just close your eyes for a few. I'm gonna just get my towel."

"Okay." The spirit closed his eyes and awaited your permission to open them again.

You kept your gaze on him, making sure he kept his eyes closed. You couldn't help but look at how toned his body was, and how tall he was compared to you. It made you flush with embarrassment. If Jimin or Jungkook were here, what would they think?

Regardless of what they thought, V was your best friend and you had accepted him for what he was.

"Okay you can open your eyes now."

With the towel around you, you swam back to where you were before. You sighed, knowing you'd need to ask for another towel, but you could deal with it.

"Are you mad?" V asked again.

"No", but there was annoyance in your voice. You didn't sound convincing. "Don't worry about it. Anyways, how have you been? Now is a good time to catch up."

The spirit smiled, thankful for the change of subject. "I'm good! I learned a lot living here. Though, from time to time I do miss the forest. I played with alot of animals there before living in The Garden of Eden. But I don't know, I like both places."

Nodding your head, you looked for something else to say. "Jimin has been good to you?"

His eyes lit up with fondness. "Yes! Very good! He's my best friend. Because of him I can see you more now."

"Yeah", you grinned. Really, you were thankful for Jimin to have taken care of V in your absence. "I'm sorry I wasn't around more."
"It's fine. I'm with you now."

"Yeah."

V leaned on the rim of the bath and closed his eyes with a sigh. He looked at peace.

"______?"

"Yes?"

"Something is different about you."

"Really?" You laughed. "Like what?"

"Like", he tried thinking of the right phrasing. " Your soul is... different. It's not as bright as it was before."

"Bright? What do you mean?"

V looked at you with a careful expression. He was studying your features, like a craftsman judging the quality of a material. He extended his hand as if he could touch the strands of your hair, but restrained himself.

"That purity you used to have... isn't there anymore..."
