Summer was at its peak when Jungkook reluctantly allowed ______ to leave into town. He would rather be around the property and spend individual time with her, but he knew that she had a great desire to support her subjects. Since the Princess had met Jimin, most of her time had been devoted to him; even at home ______ had spoke of the adventures the two of them had shared. Jungkook tolerated it, though another word about Prince Jimin would make his chest hurt.

Jungkook and ______ set out on their first ride to deliver bags of caned goods to the poor. With large hooded cloaks to cover their frame they commenced handing out over five hundred bags throughout the city of Yarrow. It was a close, sultry city: devoid of sunshine, but with a sky too dappled and hazy to have rain. On arriving there, a traveler with blonde hair and a lethargic appearance had stopped them before walking through the city gates. With a serious gaze, he met eyes with the Princess; it made her stand frozen with curiosity and insecurity. Though her identity was hidden, this man had seemed to recognize her. He recognized her companion too and knew his capabilities all too well. To prevent a misunderstanding, the traveler leisurely made his way towards them posing as a messenger.

"Good morning Princess", he smiled.

Shocked at how she was identified so quickly, she lost faith in her disguise. Jungkook made sure to keep his hand on his sword.

The traveler continued. "I have a message to give you. Master Park Jimin has requested that you visit him as soon as possible. He claims it is of your best interest to be there."

"Then your Master has forgot the first injunction of her kingdom," Jungkook observed: "If Prince Jimin wants to see her, he must come with proper invitation. Now who are you and what is your business?"

The traveler pointed to himself knowingly. "Min Suga. You don't know of me?"

"No."

"Well I know much about the both of you." He looked at Jungkook with challenging eyes. His voice lowered into a taunting whisper. "Your father sure loved your mother, didn't he? Loved her so much he couldn't help but ruin that pretty face she had."

Jungkook's eyes went aflame, but for ______'s sake he needed to remain calm.

"Jungkook, what is he talking about?"

Suga grinned. "Oh you didn't tell your lover about your abusive father? That he was the reason your mother sent you away? That he's the reason why you're so jealous and bitter?"

"How do you know that," the Golden Knight hissed. "Who the fuck are you?"

"Please don't look at me that way Jeon Jungkook. I'm merely a friend. I have no ill will towards you. Just a message to deliver and I'll be on my merry way." He looked back at the princess. "If you don't see Master Jimin by the next blood moon, someone dear to you is going to die."

The traveler excused himself and departed from the pair, leaving them at a lost for words. ______ looked at Jungkook who clenched his fist with so much hate that blood began to form. Her eyes pleaded to him but she didn't know what to say. Instinctively she whispered his name but the Golden Knight retreated towards Yarrow.

The charity the two of them did was made in silence.

Returning back to the castle, the two of them sat in silence unsure of what to do. The Princess's first intention was to tell her parents, but they were the kind to question every detail of strangeness. In fear that they would excuse the earlier events of today as nothing more than a joke, ______ refrained from telling them. Instead, she was more concerned about Jungkook who had sulked the rest of the way home.

Ordering her maid to prepare her tea in the library, she made her way to Jungkook's room. She knocked, her hands trembling a bit as she did. She wanted an explanation of Min Suga's words, but didn't want to upset her childhood companion.

"Don't come in", he sternly ordered.

______ gathered the courage to reply. "It's me. I just want to talk with you."

There was no response. She tried again.

"Jungkook?"

"-- There is nothing to talk about. Please, go somewhere else."

"There's plenty to talk about. Please, I'm worried about you."

"Are you deaf or just stupid? I said to go! Bother that Prince you're always seeing. I bet you enjoy him feeling you up."

______'s heart hurt. Never had this happened to her before. Feeling a kind of betrayal, tears welled in her eyes, but she would not dare let them fall. Her jaw clenched in a feverant passion, and her face turned red with anger."How fucking dare you! You know, for someone who loves me, you do a very shitty job of showing it!"

As of then the Princess stormed off. She knew what she said wasn't right. With all the strain she had placed on Jungkook's benevolent heart, she didn't deserve any love from him at all. However, a large slam echoed through the empty hallway and soon the Princess's body was spun with tremendous force. She struggled to get out of Jungkook's hands, but it was futile. He pinned her back to the wall and furiously bound her wrists to his hands.

"Let go of me, or I'll scream!" She threatened.

His brown orbs dared her to. He knew she wouldn't even if she wanted to. Lowly, his voice aggressively attacked her. "Don't you ever, ever, say that again. You have no idea how much I care for you. What reason do you have to be upset with me, huh? I'm the victim here!"

She cried, looking away from him in exhaustion. "I'm the one who feels betrayed! How selfish are you?!... You know, I thought we knew everything about each other -- and I never lied to you! I tell you everything exactly how it is. I believed that I knew everything about you too."

"Lied? Don't jump to conclusions, you know nothing about me. You've always been too caught up in yourself. You just assume that no matter what everything will be okay and that people will continue to love you. You never experienced hate before have you? Guilt, longing, hating, anger, are unknown to you."

"They were until I met you!" She yelled with eyes of hatred. "Why would you want to make me feel this way?!"

He released her. "Just remember who it was that taught you those feelings."

So overwhelmed with anxiety and aggravation she ran off to her room and locked the doors, threatening at all who wished to enter. The King and Queen heard the threats periodically throughout the day; concerning them of their daughter's strange behavior. Never had they seen their sweet child curse and carry herself so furiously! And of all of this, The Golden Knight was not seen for the rest of the day.
