Chapter 12

Lee's POV

After my shower, I wrapped a towel around my body, smiling.

Harry and I kissed and it was honestly perfect.

I walked out into my bedroom, looking for my hair brush I found it on my dressing table when Harry walked in.

"Oh my goodness." I blushed, tightening the towel around my body

"Sorry." he blushed

"No, it's, uh, fine." I mumbled

"It's just um, the pizza's are ready." he smiled a little bit

"Yeah, I'll be down in a second." I nodded

He left my room and I quickly pulled on running shorts and an old football top.

I dried my hair and left it loose, running down the stairs.

"Harry?" I called, noticing that the kitchen, dining room and living room was empty

"Out here!" his voice came from outside

I stepped outside, the warm path a large contrast from the cool interior floor.

Harry was sitting in the huge sofa thing, the bit surrounded by netting. The netting was all closed apart from one side that was looking out at the sea and the sun setting.

He had his phone in a portable dock and quiet music was spilling out.

I smiled, joining him.

"The view is perfect." I sighed contently

It was peacefully quiet except from Harry music, all the house that were close were about 100 feet away.

We just sat for a while, looking at the beach, the sun setting and eating pizza. It was quite perfect.

Sipping on the cold lemonade, I rested my head on Harry's shoulder as he wrapped an arm around me, keeping me close

Harry's POV

Lee and I snuggled close together, watching the sunset.

"I remember the first day I saw you." I said with a half smirk

"Really?" she asked

"Yeah, you looked so innocent." I smiled

"I remember when I first met you, you seemed so angry." she said softly

I took in a deep breath then let it out

"I was, I used to always be angry. I was constantly in fights, constantly in trouble with the police." I sighed

"What changed?" she asked, her blue eyes searching my green ones

"Honestly?" I asked

She nodded

"You came into my life," I stated truthfully "I know, no matter how cheesy it sounds it's true. There was something about you, I just wanted to constantly spend my time with you. I wanted to keep you safe and constantly protect you from any harm. Your presence alone seemed to calm me, no one had ever been like that before. If anything, everyone would make me more angry, especially girls as they were all so confusing, playing these stupid little mind games. Then there's you. Your so different from any other girl that I have ever met."

After taking a few seconds to process what I had said, Lee smiled, resting her hand in mine.

"Is that a good thing?" she asked, intertwining our fingers "That I'm different from other girls?"
