Lee's POV

Well, tonight I discovered that I don't cope well with scary films, Harry likes me and I am terrible at bowling.

"Is your Mum home tonight?" Harry asked as we rolled to a stop outside of my house

"Yeah, I think so." I nodded

"Okay, well I wont see you tomorrow. I've got football training all day, then a game, so I'll see you at school on Monday. Do you need a ride to school?" he offered

"Yeah, that'd be great thanks." I smiled

"See you later, Lee." he smiled as I got out of the car

"Bye Harry." I smiled, closing the door and walking up the short path to my front door

As I stepped into my house, I waved good bye to Harry. He waved, then sped off.

"Silly boys, driving their cars too fast." Mum tutted

I smiled, kicking my shoes off and padding into the living area.

"I got something for you," Mum said, she feels the need to buy my love as we aren't close

She handed me a small box.

I opened it to find a white iPhone 5.

"Oh my goodness. Thank you so much Mum!" I gasped, hugging her

"I thought you could use a phone. I'm not here a lot and you need to stay in touch with your friends and your Dad and Melissa." she said with a fake smile plastered on her face

"Yeah, thanks Mum. This is amazing!" I smiled playing with my new phone.

"No problem, oh and your Dad and Melissa are coming up next weekend. I'm away to Paris on a business trip." she said with a proper grin, Melissa is her Golden child and I'm pretty sure she doesn't mind ditching me for Paris.

I pulled a slight face, Melissa is my twin and is super annoying.

"Sure, can't wait." I lied

"Great." Mum beamed

"I'm going up to my room, night Mum." I said, climbing the stairs into my room

I pulled my laptop out from under my bed and logged onto face book.

 -Knock knock-

"Lee, get the door! I'm in the bathroom!" Mum yelled

I sighed, got out of bed and walked down the stairs

"Hello?" I opened the door to see a woman with a large dog

"Is your Mum in, dear?" she asked

"Um, yeah. Mum?" I yelled

Mum came out of the bathroom and walked over to us.

"Is everything okay Mrs Chester?" Mum asked

"Not really, you see my son is getting married tomorrow. And my dog sitter couldn't make it, I was wondering if you could watch Glen for me?" the woman asked

"Actually, I'm going to be working all day tomorrow..." Mum trailed off

"I'll do it." I shrugged

"Really?" Ms Chester asked

"Sure, I love dogs." I nodded, scratching behind the dogs ears

"Great!" she beamed, giving me the dogs leash and a large bag.

"All of his food and bowls and brushes are in there," she smiled "Well, see you on Monday!"

With that she walked off back into her home.
