Fifteen years ago the land of Sahala was torn apart by a great civil war. Before that there was an underground group trying to overthrow the tyrannical king Zhen Su. When enough had joined their cause the rebels started a war with Zhen Su. With the normal foot soldiers at his disposal Zhen Su had undead zombies fighting for him. When rebels and his own were struck down he would bring them back to fight again. There were heavy losses on both sides but the rebels had two leaders on their side. A great swordsman who would charge into battle with his soldiers and a genius general who was a master planner. These two brothers were the most likely reason the war lasted as long as it did. Without them the uprising would have been crushed and silenced quickly.

After many battles Zhen Su sensing victory went to the battle field with his soldiers to gloat over the victory. This gave the revolutionaries a chance to attack him outside his fortified fortress. The swordsman attack Zhen Su head on. A large circle made of both sides surrounded the two as they fought. Zhen Su brought many demons to fight for them. But the swordsman struck down each one. For everyone he destroyed him and his sword grew stronger. Soon his sword was powerful enough to take on Zhen Su. The swordsman struck down Zhen Su and captured him in a powerful holding spell. He was ready to destroy Zhen Su once and for all but his brother stopped him. He told him he couldn't kill him because he would just be as bad as Zhen Su. After an intense argument the swordsman stormed off, never to be seen again. But he did warn that Zhen Su would be back if he wasn't struck down. Eventually Zhen Su was placed in a maximum security dungeon in the Northern Lavender Mountains. The mystical properties of lavender stone would dampen his magic making it impossible for him to escape. The great general was hailed as a hero and made king while his brother dissapeared.

Deep in the depths of the castle a long hall of paintings tells this story and on that day the king showed it all to Timothy. As he finished the story Timothy looked at the last painting that showed the two brothers standing over the defeated Zhen Su. He recognized the built depiction of the king and he knew the other man. It was the swordsman who had saved him the forest.

I'm aware of how short this chapter is but I now have school to worry about. Tell me if mind waiting longer for chapters or if you want them shorter but more often.
