five - I Should've Stuck With Seinfeld

The bell chimed above the visible glass door of The Grindhouse where there entered an highly annoyed Lexi.

''Can someone explain to me why my Seinfeld marathon had to be discontinued because of some vague emergency?''

Brooke handed her a warm cup of brew coffee as Lexi took a seat between her and Emma.

''Because, Noah and I were about to- you know when Tyler finally texted back. He wants our help'' Riley explains, taking a seat in front of her.

''And you just left the little dude hanging? Harsh.''

''Jake, bigger issues.''

''Wait, did you text him back?''

''Yes, and he said he didn't do it. But he's afraid that no one's going to believe him.''

Lexi shook her head while her eye's bored into Riley's solemnly. ''Riley, Tyler doesn't have much of an alibi being that he was there the night of Nina's murder.''

Jake points at her. ''She has a fair point.''

''Yeah, I don't believe him. I told him to turn himself in'' Brooke states.

Lexi and Emma turned to the blonde, speaking in unison. ''He texted you too?''

''Same time as Riley. Probably suffering from psycho killer's remorse.''

Lexi took this as the perfect opportunity to roll her eye's.

'I really need to teach her the basic ropes of a psychopath.'

''Guys, I don't think this is Tyler.''

''It was from his number.''

''Yeah but there's a possibility someone else could be using it other than Tyler'' Lexi predicts, defending Emma.

She finds it highly skeptical that all of a sudden, Tyler is coming in contact with the group.

If he is Nina's killer, what made him decide to have a change of heart?

''It's not him.''

Though Lexi felt a little curious how Emma could be so positive that this wasn't Tyler.

''Someone has been calling and harassing me.''

''Is that what was going on in the alley the other night?'' Will inquires. Lexi wasn't sure what he was talking about but she decides to let that slide.

Her dirty blonde locks move along as she nods. ''He's playing games with me. He sent you that text pretending to be me? Well, I'm pretty sure he's doing the same thing again.''

Lexi giggled, a burst of joy rushing through her. ''Oh my god, we're living in our own Pretty Little Liars.''

Everyone around her and shot her a pointed look, not finding any of this entertaining as she was.

''You do know that people had died off of that show right?''

''Guys! Focus'' Riley scolds.

Brooke exhaled audibly and adjusted in her seat. ''Okay, why would some weirdo pretend to be Tyler on us?''

''It's hard to explain. But I promise, you cannot trust him.''

''Em, I have no idea whose screwing with you, but I know Tyler. He's afraid and we need to hear him out'' Riley defends.

''Riley! Cut it with politic talk because if this sort of stuff is happening with Emma, it couldn't be much of a coincidence that suddenly Tyler has texted'' Lexi snapped. She hated how naive her sister was being, not even considering of any other possibilities.
