(He plays the message as Vali's voice is heard.)
Vali: (voice over) Y/N Merquise, the new host of the Red Dragon Emperor. I'll be waiting for you at Union City's outskirts. Be there.
(The message ends.)
Zechs: I got a feeling that this might be a trap.

(Y/N leaves the base to fight the White Dragon Emperor.)
(Meanwhile in Union City, Tyler is seen in his Epyon Armor as he faces some of the remaining Union Heroes after killing a villain.)

(He starts shooting, but Epyon easily deflects the bullets, and then he slices Gunpowder in half. Then Bakusquad comes along.)
Epyon: Reinforcements, eh? No matter.
(Then Stormfront and Captain Marvel come in as well.)

(Meanwhile at Union City's Outskirts, Y/N is seen face-to-face with Vali.)
Vali: You have come.
Y/N: How do you know I wield Ddraig?
Vali: Even with Issei dead, I somehow felt the power of the Red Dragon Emperor still active. So...
Y/N: And I believe you called me for a duel to the death.
Vali: Smart. The winner takes it all!
Y/N: Okay... (activates his armor) Let's dance!
(Vali then activates his Balance Breaker, and then they charge at each other as Y/N headbutts the White Dragon Emperor.)
Y/N: No no no... (shakes his head) I can never beat you if I don't go all out. BALANCE BREAKER!
(Y/N then changes to Tallgeese II Armor, and rushes towards Vali as he punches him hard on his face breaking his mask sending him flying and crash to the wall. Vali gets up.)
Vali: You knew I would use my Divide ability.
(He floats as he charges at Y/N and prepares to punch Y/N, who dodges and he punches Vali's stomach, making him stagger back.)
Vali: Damn... you're really stronger than I thought. Looks like I have no choice.
(Vali then chants his words, and reaches his Juggernaut Drive Form. They charge at each other as neither of them is pulling their punches. Y/N manages to punch Vali's mid-section before kicking and punching his face. Vali then launches a beam, and Y/N manages to dodge as the White Dragon Emperor tries to grab him, and Y/N manages to dodge, but Vali grabs him with another hand. Y/N tries to free himself until Sonic hits Vali with a spin dash attack, making him release his grip on Y/N.)
Sonic: Are you okay, dude?
Y/N: I'm fine. Thanks, Sonic.
(Vali gets up, but Reinhardt strikes him, and so does Midnight, but Vali grabs her, and squeezes her to death.)
Reinhardt/Sonic: MIDNIGHT!
(Y/N flies towards Vali and punches his face, making him release his grip on her as he gives her to Reinhardt.)
Y/N: Go now!
(Reinhardt carries Midnight as Y/N dodges Vali's incoming attack, and then he kicks his face and his stomach.)
Y/N: You're gonna have to do better than that!
(Vali then punches Y/N, sending to to crash at some rubble. The trio is worried about Y/N, but he manages to get up and dashes at Vali before chopping him into pieces with his beam saber.)
Y/N: Well, this is it.
(He goes to check on Midnight.)
Reinhardt: She's doing fine, young boy.
Y/N: Good.
(Back to Tyler/Epyon, he killed the Teenage Kix, and injure the other fakers greatly.)
Denki: Damn it, he hasn't break a sweat yet.
Epyon: I'll let you guys live... for now.
Mina: What do you mean?
Epyon: You'll have to find out yourselves. Have fun mourning for your fallen comrades. Not that you care about them.
(He flies away as Bakugo slams his fists in the ground in frustration.)
