Stella and Violet were getting ready for dinner. They were in Stella and Kelly's place and were dressed up. Stella had a dark blue dress on that hugged her body in the right way. Violet was wearing a dark green dress that has lace all over it.
"You look so pretty" Violet said to Stella.
"Thank you. You look pretty as well." Stella said as she put some lipstick on. "I am ready. I just need to write this note for Kelly."
Stella walked into her bedroom and walked out with a piece of paper and a pen. She started writing a note for Kelly. "You aren't going to text him?" Violet asked confused. "No, I want to leave a note." She said and finished writing. She put the paper on the counter and bent over to kiss the paper. The kiss on the paper was a bit faint. Stella smiled and grabbed her mini perfume out of her purse. "This will make him miss me more" She said as she sprayed the perfume. It smelt like vanilla and chocolate. She sat the paper down and grabbed her purse. "I am ready." She said and followed Violet to the door. "Ok." Violet said and she opened the door.
45 minutes after they left. Kelly made it back home and walked into the apartment. He called Stella's name the second the door closed. The lights were dim and he saw a piece of paper on the island. he walked over to the paper and read it. "Hi, baby. If you are reading this, you got home and realized I wasn't here. I went to have dinner with Violet and Lizzy but I will be home soon. I love you.
He smiled when he say the kiss on the paper. He put the paper back on the island and grabbed a beer out of the fridge. He doesn't know when she left but he was willing to wait up for her.
55 minutes after Kelly came home. He was in his second beer and was watching an action movie. Stella walked in the door and she looked beautiful. Her hair was in a low ponytail and her lipstick was faded and she had a to-go box in her hand. "Hey." He said when she looked at him. "Hi" She said and closed the door. She locked it and took her heels off. "I missed you" She said as she sat the box down on the island. "I missed you too." He said.
She walked over to the couch and sat beside him.
"Did you read my note?" She asked. "Yes I did..I love you too." He said and gave her a kiss. "You smell like chocolate." He said when they pulled apart. "Thank you." She said and stood up.
"Where are you going?" He asked holding her hand.
"I need to shower." She said leaning down to kiss him.j
After her shower. Stella hair was slightly wet and her skin was bare. She put on her new silky pajamas and walked in the living room. Kelly was at the fridge When he looked at her and slowly closed the door. "How come you look amazing in everything?" He asked and pulled her closer to him. "I don't know" She said with a huge smile on her face. He kissed her passionately and picked her up. "I take it you really missed me" She said as he walked her to their bedroom. "Yes, I did." He said as he laid her down on their bed.
They were tangled up in the covers and Stella was laying on his chest. "Why did you leave me a note?" He asked "Just trying something different did you like it?" "Yes I did" He said and he kissed the top of her head.
