White Chocolate Mocha (Niall fanfic)

Lets go to the beach beach!

"HOT HOT AH HOT!" Niall screamed as he walked on to the sand heading towards the water.

"Don't be such a baby!!" Cassie said holding on to Niall so she wouldn't fall and break something else.

"You try walking on sand that has been in the sun heating up all day!!" he defended himself finally calming down as he reached the cooler sand.

"Ahhhhhh," he said as he stood in the water.

"It sounds like your peeing or something," Cassie laughed.

"Well you know what? Shut your face, or else I'll drop you in the cold water right now," he threatened.

"You wouldn't," Cassie narrowed her eyes at the back of his head.

"Oh I would," Niall said serious.

"No you wouldn't," Cassie said back sure of herself that he wouldn't .

"You want to try?" he asked.

"No that's ok, but if you do I'll do things to you in your sleep," she whispered into his ear.

He gulped before she added, "Terrible things."

"Why do you have to be so scary?" he asked.

"It's just in my nature!!" she said more cheerfully.

"Now take me to the cool sand so I can build a castle!" she demanded.

"Yes your majesty," Niall said like a good knight.

"WHIPPED!!" Harry shouted as he walked towards them with some towels.

"I told you he was," Louis said walking next to Liam.

"What are you guys going on about?" Liam asked.

"There probably talking about how Niall is smitten with her," Zayn joined in.

"Who are you talking about?" Cassie asked. 

"You," they all said simply.

"That's juussst stuuuupppid," Cassie said.

Niall, beet red set her down and quickly said, "Who wants go swimming?"

Lou, Harry, and Liam nodded their heads with smirks on their faces.

"Zayn help me build my castle!" Cassie said bringing sand all around her. 

"Ok cool," he agreed while taking a seat next to her.

For the next couple of minutes they sort of just moved sand around making a big pile of sand in between them.

"Zayn what did you mean earlier?" Cassie asked.

"In the car?" he asked.

She nodded her head. "What do you mean I've always loved him?" 

"It's really simple," he stated.

"Well, it doesn't seem all that simple if I don't know what you're talking about!!" she said frustrated, balling sand into her hands.

"Ok, remember how in the beginning how Niall really wanted to go out with you and he would put his thoughts about you out there in the open?" he asked.

"Yeah, that's probably the only reason why we're friends," she said slowly.

"Ok, and you obviously know how close you guys have gotten since then," he nodded to her. 

Cassie didn't understand what he was trying to pin point.

"Well, since in your mind you already knew he liked you and was willing to be with you, you didn't think twice about anything. Since you got so close to him, your heart  just let itself like him with out even knowing. Does it make sense?" he explained.

Cassie was trying to process all that he was telling her with out getting confused. She was about to respond when Niall came around and stood in front of them.

"Cassie the water is amazing!" Niall said shaking his head. Making water splash all around her.

"Stop Niall it's cold!" she said covering her face from the flying droplets making him laugh.

"I'll go check myself to see how amazing the water really is," Zayn said before getting up and walking towards the water leaving them both alone.

Niall sat next to Cassie and they both just stared out at the setting sun and the boys.

"Cassie would you like to go out somewhere tonight?" Niall asked quietly, messing with the pile of sand in front of him.

"Out to eat?" she responded back.

"Of course, we could check out the small restaurant we passed by on our way to the condo," he answered.

"Niall why would you ask me such a question?" she asked looking at him. His face went red and he started stuttering trying to find the right words. 

"You know I could never refuse an invitation involving food!!" Cassie exclaimed with a smile. Niall let out a breathe he didn't know he was holding and a smile grew on his face mirroring hers.

"You scared me there for a second I thought-" he wasn't able to finish.

"You thought I didn't want to go out with my most favoritest person in the whole entire world??!!" she finished he sentence making him laugh throwing his head back with amusement at her words.

"Is favoritest even a word?!" he asked between laughs.

"Uh, I said it of course it's a word," she said in a matter of fact tone.

"Well in that case you're my favoritest person in the entire UNIVERSE!!" he said making her chest tingle with a feeling of something. Something that she didn't want to let go of.
