Chapter 14: Family Time

I know it has been awhile since I have uploaded. I have been working on my other story and not on this one and I am sorry. So here is another chapter for yall and I hope yall forgive me. Thanks for reading. JenCullen28.

Chapter 14: Family Time

Well it has been 3 months since the James and Victoria thing and Jake has healed all the way and well we are trying to return to our lives they way they were. We are all still worried about Victoria but Alice is keeping an eye on her and we have nothing to worry about for now.

“Jennifer, lets go look at the girls, they should look one now and then they should quit growing so fast,” Edward told me. So we got up from our bed and went to Meka room first. We walked in and she was sitting up in her bed playing with her toys. She saw us and we walked up to her and she smiled at us. We were looking at her and sure enough she looked one. Even tho she is just a few months old, so I reached in and picked up my baby girl and then me and Edward walked to Nessie's room and she was still asleep and we looked at her and she was the same size as Meka. So we left her to sleep some more and we walked into Maddy's room and she to was still asleep. We looked at her and she looked to one also and then we looked at Meka and she gave us a smile. Then she did something that we were not expecting from her, she talked. “Hi mommy and daddy,” she told us. I know if my heart was still beating it would have stopped, I looked at her and then she told us that she loves us. If I could cry I would be crying very hard right now. My baby that is just a few months old but looks one is talking to me and Edward. Me and Edward looked at each other and then walked out of Maddy's room and went to the kitchen.

We put Meka in her high chair and I started to cook breakfast for her and her sisters. I got done cooking eggs and some toast and then me and Edward went to go grab the other two and let Meka eat. I walked into Nessie's room and she was still asleep so I went up to her bed and told her it was time to wake up. Nothing so then I picked her up and she did not move and I started to fell panic fill me up. I walked into Maddy's room and Edward was holding her and she was doing what Nessie was doing not waking up. “Edward, what is wrong with our babies?” I asked him. “I don't know honey, lets grab Meka and run home so dad can look at them,” he told me. I was having trouble keeping calm so I took some deep breaths that I did not need but wanted them. I then ran and grabbed Meka out of her chair and she just looked at me then when she saw her sisters she oh my god fell asleep in my arms and would not wake up. “EDWARD!!!!, I yelled. He came to the kitchen and saw that Meka looked like them. “What the hell happen?” he asked me. “I picked her up and when she was close to Nessie she fell asleep like this and now she wont wake up,” I told him. Just then Alice came running in and grabbed Meka from me and we all three took off to the house.

We got to the house and dad was ready for us. Alice must have seen what was going on and came to help us. Dad grabbed Meka from Alice and we all ran up to his office and he started to look our babies over. I stood there in a trance not moving or breathing and the family had to pull me from the room so if the babies did wake up they wont see there mom like this. I don't know how but I was downstairs sitting on the couch with Jasper's arm around me sending me calming waves that did not work and then my mind and body shut down and that is all I remember.

Edward's P.O.V

When I heard Jennifer yell for me and I get to the kitchen and see my baby girl Meka looking like the others I was freaking out on the inside. I did not want Jennifer see me and then she starts to freak out. Then Alice ran into our house and grabbed Meka and we all started to run to the house. When we got there dad was waiting for us and then he took Meka from Alice and then we all ran upstairs to his office and he started to look over the babies. I heard Jasper's voice in my head telling me to look at Jennifer and when I did I knew if she did not get out she was going to lose it then. So I told him and Alice to take her downstairs and they did. I stayed with dad. “Dad what is wrong with my babies?” I asked him. “Son I don't know yet, but let me look them over and well see what is wrong with them,” Dad told me.
