Chapter 9: Troubles

“Jennifer honey, wake up”, Edward told me in my ear. I tried to roll but that was kind of hard when you are almost 8 months pregnant. “Edward honey, please help me roll to you so I can see your face”? I asked him. He laughed and then he grabbed my hand and helped me roll over to him. I looked at his eyes and they were a beautiful gold color, “good morning sweetheart”, I told him. “Good morning to you to and to my sweet baby girls”, he told us. “Edward honey, I really need to pee can you please help me up so I can waddle myself to the bathroom”? He laughed at me again and then he got up and ran to my side of the bed and then he picked me up and then he carried me to the bathroom and then he put me on my feet and then held me till I was able to hold myself up on my own. With the help of Edward, he helped me get my pants down and then he helped me sit and then when I got done he helped me with other things also and then he lifted me and carried me back to the bed. Then Edward went to the closet and picked out our clothes for the day. Today is July 4 and we are not doing nothing real big because of me and Tay being so big with babies. He came back out and helped me get get dressed and then he got dressed himself. As he was getting dressed his phone rang and I got it and it was Alice. “Alice, what do you need”? I asked her. “Yall come over when you get dress, mom has cooked you breakfast and wanted yall to come over”, she told me. “OK well be there here in a bit”, I told her. Then Edward picked me up and ran us to the main house.

We got to the house and I saw Tay and Jake's car was sitting in the driveway. We got in the house and I saw Tay was sitting on Jake's lap and then they smiled at us when Edward carried me. “Good morning family”, I told them. “Good morning yall, and how are everyone doing”? Dad asked us. “Well I am huge the last time I checked, I can't find a place that I can sit still and well I am just not well”, I told dad. “And you Tay, how are you doing”? He asked her. “Well I am not as bad as Jennifer but I am doing just great”, Tay told him. “Well lets go look at your babies and then Alice will you look at Jennifer's babies and tell me what you see”? Dad told Tay and asked Alice. Alice came to me and sat next to me and Edward then dad took Tay and Jake upstairs to check on her babies. “Alice, lets see if you can see them by putting your hand on my tummy like me and Edward do”, I told her. “OK”, she told us and then she put her hand on my tummy and I did the same so I could see my babies again. We both went into another world and I was looking at my babies and they were looking at us. “Hey mom and aunt Alice”, they told us. “Well hey babies, how are yall doing”? I asked them. “Well we are running out of room but we are doing OK and we are trying not to hurt you mom”, they told me. “Well we were just checking on yall and grandpa will be to when he gets done in a bit”, I told them. Then me and Alice was back to the real world and everyone was looking at us and then dad, Tay and Jake came back down.

They sat down and then I rubbed my belly and then Edward told me and dad to put our hands on my tummy and we did. I was looking at my babies again and they were smiling at us and then I saw something that I was not expecting, they all had teeth and I mean a mouth full of teeth. “Dad, do you see what I see”. They all have a mouth full of teeth” and then we smiled at them. “Well it looks like you will be having them before your due date, one is they have really no more room to grow and two they look like they could survive outside the womb”, dad told me. Then we came back and he got up and went to look at the calender and then he came back and sat next to me again. Well today is the Thursday, the 4th of July and I can take to babies this Saturday if yall want me to. See they have no more room to grow and the longer their in there the more of a risk you are of becoming hurt or worst killed”, dad told me. I looked at Edward and then he smiled at me and then we both said at the same time “we will have babies this Saturday”. “OK then I will get the stuff I need from the hospital and get everything ready for the babies to come”, dad told us.
