Chapter 11

Joel is probably one of the smartest guys I've met, I don't think he's a freshmen because he looks pretty old.

I don't know why, but I'm so impatient to know what's in Chelsey's phone.

I got to my class and took a seat, now I'm waiting for my worksheet to work on.

Mrs.Grace is absent today and we got a substitute, that's so awesome! Now I don't have to do the work sheet.

"Hello class, you can call me Ms.M only if your cool enough." I giggled.
Ms.M smiles, "Alright class, who wants to watch a movie?" Everyone raises their hands.
"Alright, but first finish this vocabulary work sheet, Mrs.Grace did say you guys were gonna have a pop quiz. Oops, I wasn't supposed to say that." Everyone made inhuman noises.
(THE WORKSHEET, KILL ME.)
"The faster you finish the worksheet the more time you'll have to watch the movie." She started to pass out the worksheet.

I've never had this substitute before, she makes me feel like a little kid again. Why won't other teachers be like Ms.M?

Once I was done I called for Ms.M, "Ms.M!"
"You're done?" Ms.M looked surprised.
"Um, yea." I handed her the paper.
"Do you have something to read?"
"Yea, I do actually." I took out the Paper Towns book.
"Great, go ahead and read. When everyone is done I'll put the movie on." Ms.M said and went back to her desk.

I read about three chapters and it looked like almost everyone was done.
I'm a fast reader, and that just shows how easy the work sheet was for everyone else.

The book started to remind me of Rick. When I was going to the girls locker room to get Paper Towns, he was just sitting by the stairs of the boys locker room. I wonder what happened to him that morning, but who cares?
Yea, not me.

Sometimes I wonder what made him, him. I thought he was going to turn out a nice guy, and once I got closer to him, he just changed. He just became someone else. What if I didn't see him and Chelsey kissing, or him kissing the nurse. I probably would've been the one to get fucked over. I kinda did to be honest, after he kissed me, I hate him for that. Oh, and when he punched me, for that he will never be forgiven.

Alright, enough about him. I put my book away and I put my head down onto the table.

"Whose ready for a movie?" Ms.M said.
"IM SOOOOO READY!" I shouted and put both of my arms up shaking my hands.
"Caroline turn it down a notch." Ms.M looked at me.
"Sorry." I looked down, I blushed.
"I brought one of my favorite movies, The Cat in the Hat." Ms.M said while holding the DVD case up.
"What? The Cat in the Hat?" I said.
"You'll love it." She turns on the projector and starts playing the movie.

I felt my phone vibrating in my pocket, a message from Joel.

Messenger:
Joel: Done. Can't believe what I'm looking at!
Me: What did you find?
Joel: You're gonna have to wait and see.
Me: I hate you.
Joel: Aw, I love you too.

I started to laugh, "Caroline is that a phone?" Ms.M looked over to me.
"No Ms.M." I put my phone away.
"I don't want to see it again."
"Okay." I tried to watch the movie.

The movies was a 8/10 for me, it was pretty good.

The bell rang, to the next class!

I walked out and literally ran to my piano class. I'm the new Speedy Gonzales. I'm so pumped! Let's do this! I love piano, don't judge me.

Am I the only person who has good vibes in this class? Can anyone else love piano as much as me?

I played Ode to Joy for my teacher today and I got a hundred percent. My piano skills are getting better by the day.
