Chpt11: Games

They rounded the bend of the long street and lights flashed in every direction. Calum looked over at Sarah who had a smile from ear to ear.

"Welcome to the Sydney Carnival" Calum says pulling Sarah up to an admission booth.

"5 dollars each" The man said who was running the booth, he looked at Calum who was searching his pocket for the cash. His eyes than went over to Sarahs who nervously met his gaze, his eyes scanned her making Sarah uncomfortable. She moved closer to Calum as he finally found the money and gave it to the admissions guy.

"Here, 10$" Calum says handing him the money as they walk through, both getting a stamp on their hand to verify they could have re-entrance into the park.

As they entered the carnival, the smells of grease and fries filled the air as well as kids screaming as they ran to their favourite ride or game. Sarah looked all around taking in her surroundings before finally looking over at Calum who was already watching her.

"What?" Sarah said smiling and playing with her bottom lip with her teeth.

"Your just so effortlessly pretty" Calum says smiling and taking her hand, leading her to a stand to buy tickets. Sarah intertwined her fingers with his and followed behind him taking in his smell and enjoying the safe feeling she had when she was in Calums hold. They reached the stand and Calum examined the board trying to figure out how many tickets they would need for the night.

"Hi, uhm can I have"He stuttered looking at the board once again. Gosh he was so cute trying to focus on how many they need. " 20 tickets" He finally said, pulling out his wallet once again. Sarah snapped out of her thoughts and grabbed her purse.

"No I got it" Calum said digging in his wallet.

"No let me pay this time, you already got me starbucks" Sarah implied trying to hand the worker money.

"I need to pay, i took you on this date Sarah just put it away" Calum hissed before handing the worker money and receiving the tickets.

Sarah stood there taken back at Calum's attitude towards her, like a switch went off or something. Calum finally got the tickets and turned to see Sarah looking rather upset and scared of Calum.

"I got the tickets what ride do you want to go on first?" He asks trying to break her wall that was being built.

"Doesnt matter, whatever you wanna do" She said shrugging her shoulders not daring to look Calum in the eyes.

"Whats wrong?" Calums asks stepping closer to Sarah and wrapping his arms around her waist, she could feel his hot breath hit her.

"You just snapped, I wasent expecting it.Nothing to bad" Sarah said while her eyes darted everywhere but to meet Calums.

"I didnt mean to its just, I just want this date to be perfect and Im just so nervous" Calum stuttered grasping Sarahs waste tighter, in fear of losing her. Sarahs's eyes finally met Calums for a short second before she closed the gap between them.

Calum was taken back at first but kissed her back, getting lost in the moment. Sarahs arms found there way around calums neck and she began tugging at the strands oh his hair, making Calum moan lightly. Sarah pulled away smiling at Calum who wasent ready for it to end.

"Lets go ride some rides" Sarah smirks grabbing Calums hand and dragging her to a dragon rollercoaster. They entered the line and wasent long until someone noticed Calum from youtube.

"Your that guy from youtube! can I have a picture?" A young fan asks holding her phone tightly in her hand, fearing she'd drop it from shaking so much.
