Calum and I sat in the back of Michaels little car, we were squished like sardines while everyone else were some what comfortable.

"Luke can you move your fucking seat up I have no room" Calum  snapped finally showing his annoyance with the tall blonde. The music was lowered as Luke tried to shuffle his chair up so Calums long legs could breathe.

"Thank you" He said, the annoyance seemed less in his voice, we turned a corner to a local coffee shop. Confused I nudged Calum and looked at him hopelessly for answers. He looked at me before digging in his pocket and pulling out a pack of cigarettes, my face instantly froze at the packet he was holding. I had no clue Calum had cigarettes let alone smoked, Luke opened the car door and folded the seat so Calum could get out.

Calum walked a little ways from the car with Ashton and light a cigarette as the rest of us sat in the car slightly taken back at the new information.

"I didnt know they smoked..." Annie was the first to admit that the new information was quit alot to take in. She turned to look at Michael for an answer but got no response.

"They started when all the hate came rolling in" Luke finally said, answering Annie's question. She nodded quickly before looking straight, not knowing what else to do or say.

"Do they do it often?" I finally asked, the questions eating me away in the back seat.

"Not really, like twice a month...unless something bad happens then its pretty frequent" Luke said once again before taking out his phone and texting John saying they are on their way.

The car was filled with quiet once again and I decided to pull out my phone just to pass the time. I scrolled through my timeline on Twitter not really noticing anything that caught my attention, not long after the boys returned to the car. The strong smell of cigarettes filled the car and I help my breathe trying not to chock on the strong smell that hot boxed the car.

"Sorry about that" Calum said rubbing his hand up and down my thigh causing my stomach to erupt in butterflies once again. I nodded understanding the circumstances and placed my hand on his, he turned to me his brown eyes sparkling in the streetlights passing over us.

Ashton took a hard right and pulled into a very crowded driveway full of expensive fancy cars and drunken teenagers everywhere.

"Well here we are, everybody meet up at the car for 2 o'clock thats when we are all heading back home. Im DD so im not driving, girls if you have any problems come find me ok?" Ashton said unbuckling his seat belt and unlocking the doors.

We all nodded telling him we understood, the guys opened the doors and we all started filing out one by one. I was the last one out which I didnt care but I had to chase down the guys after to catch up with them. We walked up to the house and opened the front door being hit with the smell of alcohol and sweaty teens. I nearly gagged at the different smells I was taking in but I decided to put it aside and focus on staying up with Calum.

He walked through the massive crowd as I followed closely behind holding onto his hand tightly, fearing I would get lost in the large numbers of people I did not know. We found our way to the kitchen and Calum immediately walked up to a guy with blonde hair and a bright smile, I assume he was John the house owner.

"This is my friend Sarah, she isn't from here but shes visiting for 3 months" Calum said as John reached out his hand which I shook trying to seem confident, which I hope worked. We exchanged a few words before Calum took my hand once more and lead me to what I assumed was the garage to grab a drink.

"What do you want to drink?" He said turning on the light so he could find his way to the fridge which held the alcohol.

"Uhm just a beer is fine" I shrugged not really caring what I drank but a drink was definitely going to be needed to get through the night. Calum searched through the fridge before finally finding two beers and an opener not to far from the fridge. He handed me my open Corona and I thanked him with a smile and we made our way back into the house. The music louder than I remember and more people than before.
