Chapter 4

It was Friday, finally! Kristin had been waiting all week for this... Michael was waiting all week for this too. Since Michael was taking her out that night, he decided to ask Kristin's parents first. So, Mike walked over, knocked on the door, and-

"Who are you?" A tall man with a suit said.

Kristin's mom approaches, "oh! That's Michael, he is such a gentleman!" She explained to her husband, Mr. Smith.

"Really? Well, why is he here then," Mr. Smith says, crossing his arms.

"Uhm- well I-I'm here because... I wanted to take your daughter out tonight, if that's ok?" Michael could barely talk while facing her dad... He had never been so scared in his life!

"You know my daughter?" He says with a concerned face.

Kristin's mom interpreted "of course you can take her out," Mrs. Smith says, "but have her back by 11."

Michael smiles and let's out a "thank you." He then shakes Mr. Smiths hand, and leaves.

At school, Kristin approached Michael with a short, brown haired girl, and a tall, blonde haired boy.

"Michael!" Kristin said, "these are my new friends, Nia and Luke!"

Michael had a bit of anger, he saw the way Luke looked at Kristin, it made Michael sick. "Hi, Nia!" Michael said, "hi, Luke!" Michael talked through his teeth while saying Luke.

Kristin knew Michael was upset about Luke, for whatever reason. "Hey, Michael, what time are you picking me up tonight?" Kristin said.

"Ummmm, I don't know, probably at 8 or something," he stated, almost forgetting Luke was there, "your mom said I have to have you back by 11."

Later that night, Michael put on a Green Day tee shirt, black ripped skinny jeans, and solid black converse, he ran his fingers through his hair to give it some volume. Then, he grabbed his phone to check the time, only 6:57, thank god! Better to be early than late.

Kristin slipped on black high waisted skinny jeans, a Nirvana tee, and black vans. Then, she pulled out the hoodie Michael gave her, just in case it gets cold. She added some make up, not that much, just a little eyeliner and chapstick. In addition, she made her a little messy, on purpose of course. She was so excited to go out with Michael, but realized it was only 7:17 so she was a little early.

"Kristin!" A voice calls for Kristin, "Michael is here!"

Kristin immediately jumps up when she hears the name 'Michael'

"Bye mom, I love you" Kristin says while walking out the door with Michael.

"Love you too, sweetie!" Her mom says back.

"So, where are we going?" Kristin asked while Michael just walked around.

"Well... We're going to Pizza Hut to order some pizza, and then we're going to my place to watch a movie, or two," Michael explained, "oh, I see you're wearing the hoodie I leaned you!"

Kristin grinned, "yeah, I brought it just in case I got cold."

Michael smirked and looked down, only to see two dangling hands apart, he then grabbed Kristina hand and held her hand the rest of the walk. Kristin didn't seem to mind at all, in fact she held Michael's hand tighter.

Michael chose a random movie on Netflix, grabbed the pizza, and plopped on the couch beside Kristin. Mike pulled out a table to sit the pizza and drinks on, and they were all set.

"Hey," Kristin said

"Yeah?" Mike replied with a piece of pizza in his hand.

"Never mind," Kristin said, wanting to skip the subject.

"Come on, tell me!"

"Well... I just want to know something," she said, making Michael confused yet interested.

Michael sat his pizza back down and turned to Kristin, "what do you want to know?"

"Do you love me?" Kristin said, bitting her lip.

Michael's face was blank, but on the inside, he was the happiest person ever.

"I knew it... You don't love me!" She screamed, running to the bathroom with tears rushing down her face.

Michael felt so bad, and very frustrated, so he did what any one else would do... Go outside for some fresh air. That was a mistake, while Michael was out side, Kristin snuck into his room. Why did she do it??? Because someone told her that Michael was hiding something!!!

Omg I LEFT YOU GUYS HANGING! I really want to go on, but if I don't leave a cliff hanger, you wouldn't want to come back and read more... IK IM EVIL RIGHT!!!😁 and also, Luke in the book is supposed to be Luke Hemmings... But Nia is not Nia lovelis, I just used her name because I couldn't think of a better one...
