Starting Over

The school week went by pretty quick.It was Friday and my sister invited me out.We were going bowling so I dressed causally.I thought it would just be friends until I saw Matt(blue eyes) there.I started feeling all giddy for some reason.I don't know what it was but I felt all happy.

"Hey I thought I would never see you." Matt greeted me with smile.

"I didn't think you would be here." I said a bit flustered.He just chuckled.Then I remembered Lizzy shipped us so of course she invited him.She is so sneaky.I didn't mind really I mean at least now I have someone to talk to when I'm out with her.I was kinda tired of third-wheeling everyone.

"Hey lets go get the shoes."Matt said

"Sure."I replied nonchalantly.He intertwined his fingers with mine and I think I nearly died.I turned a bright red and started giggling.

"Whats so funny." He asked smirking.Damn he looked so cute.

"Oh nothing and stop smirking."I said hitting him on the shoulder.He started laughing and people started looking at us but I didn't care.I started laughing.We got our shoes and offered to put mine on when we sat down.He was on his knee and Lizzy came.

"Proposing already don't you know you have to ask her dad first."Lizzy said while grinning mischievously.Matt turned pink and I just smiled.

"Lizzy chill he was being a gentleman and helping me with my shoes."I replied.

"I was just kidding."She laughed and walked way.

"Don't worry about her." I told Matt.I went down to tie the lace but his face was still here.It was just electric when our noses brushed.

"Sorry." I whispered.

"Don't be." He said and brushed strand of hair out of my face.He was just about to kiss me when one of his friends came out of nowhere.I sighed and he smiled.

"Scott what do you need." Matt asked in a clipped tone.Why I didn't think he actually liked me.Maybe he did!Nah simple ole me and wonderful him.I Blocked out their conversation because honsetly what they were talking about couldn't be all that important.

"Hi I'm Scott." he said holding out his hand.I shook it his had soft hands.Well that's a first.

"Call me Nattie." I said and he nodded.

"So whats the deal with you and Matt ." He asked

"What do you mean?" I asked with fake puzzled look.

"You know what I'm talking about you guys just and look at you.I'm just warning you he might not in for relationship right is ex was a bitch she ruined him." Scott said seriously."Also I'm better if you get what I mean." He said while wiggling his eyebrows suggestively.I started giggling and I shook my head at him.Boys I tell you.He started cackling but then I saw my brother and his crew.

"Crap hide me please." I told Scott.

"Whats wrong." He asked with a concerned look.

"Just hide me ok." I said.He shrugged and took of sweater.He threw it on me.

"Screw you." I hissed."Not yet Matt is here." Scott joked.I stuck out my tongue but he could not see me so I said he laughed.I looked up and my brother his friends minus Chad were going to lazer tag.I threw the sweater off me and it landed on the ground.Scott rushed down to pick it up.

"Thats for laughing at me."I said hold back laugh.
