Chapter 16

Sophia's POV**************

I had just walked through the entrance of the hospital.

I walked towards the lady at the front desk.

" I'm here for Niall Horan." I told the lady.

"Ok, but I'm ganna need to call the room, and tell the you are here. For now, you can take seat"

I nodded, and took a seat. Moments later, Alexa came running from the door.

"Sophia! Why are you here! Oh my god, I missed you!" She squeezed with happiness.

" I heard about Niall on the news! I was worried about him and you guys!" I said trying to breathe while being strangled by Alexa's tight grip. She was hugging me, really tight!

"Wait! This is n the news?!" She questioned.

"Ugh, yeah. Every talk show, news station, and more are talking about it!" I said.

"Really!!" Alexa replied.

" yeah, now can I see Niall" I begged.

"Sure"

She grasped my arm and dragged me to nialls room.

When I walked in I felt depression in the air. "What's wrong guys?"

Liam was sleeping.

"Sophia!!" Louis,Harry, Elenor said ( not sounding as excited as they usually were).

" hey! I missed you guys! But, what's wrong, you seem depressed?" I asked.

They slowely turned.

Alexa turned me towards her.

"Um, Niall his vocal cords are damaged pretty bad, and he has some memory loss. The doctor says they don't know how long he won't be able to speak yet, because of the test results. Thy also don't know when his memory will return, or if it will ever return" Alexa said slowely.

"Omg! So, is that why they are so bumbed out?" I questioned.

"That and also well....... "

"Well what?" I said.

"Well, because of the memory loss, he remembers me,but not them. He doesn't know who they are. He has no idea what One Direction is either" she muttered.

"That's, that's terrible!!!!!" I stuttered.

I looked over to Niall.

I walked over to nialls bedhere he had just woken up.

"How are you feeling?" I asked him softly.

He grasped his white board next to his bed and beginning to write with his green expo marker. He turned the board round.

Niall: I'm fine. But I am a bit thirsty.

"I will go get you something to drink, is apple juice ok?" I questioned.

Niall: yes, thank you!

I turned and said took Alexa " atleast he remembers me"

I left and followed the signs that point towards the cafeteria.

Alexa's POV****************

"Is she gone?"

"Yeah you can come out! But you have to confront her sooner or later!" I said.

"I choose later!"
