THE CONFRONTATION OF THE PAST

Cattleya awaken by a several knock on the door..It's just 6:15 in the morning.She went to the front door.
"Can I come in?"eyes staring at him.
Wondering for a while but she widen the door for him to get in, then closes back.He sat on the couch.
"If you don't mind I'll just take a quick shower", she don't want to wait him long so she emphasized the 'quick'.He nodded smiling.
"Be sure its a quick, while this breads are still hot", he said smiling.
"Okay", ..and then went directly to bathe.She had somehow brushed her teeth and after ten minutes she was already in the couch with Madi.She's in all black.Leggings and sweatshirt.While him in both gray.Hoodie sweatshirt and sweatpants.He had prepared two hot chocolate.And he had with him banana sweet bread and bread roll.Cattleya love how it smells.
"Don't worry I'll make sure that it has no drops of apple", he smiled.
"Oh, don't remind me that.I thought that I was gonna die that time.", still in horror thinking.
He laugh softly.
"I just knew from Jam and then by Eric"., he said while they started with the bread now.
"So Eric is also a friend in all of you?",.
"Yeah.Our family doctor too.Actually our families are long time friends.Though he's a bit older to us, we bond along so well.But he can't be with us that often because of his work, but we have him in  special occasions."
"I see", she nodded.
"So, he and Jam are the responsible of poisoning you last night?", he jested.She laughs.
"Quiet cruel word to use, but yeah.They almost killed me last night", now they are both laughing.
She then remember Nass.The conversion they have last night.
"Glad you're okay now.", he said.
"And I'm sorry about the other day.Bad day.", she lied.It's Nass who's responsible of her daily weather.Crazy you., her mind said about her thinking.
"That's okay.", he shrug.He guess he knew the real reason.
They've been quiet for a while.
"You don't have a work today?", she wonder.
"Are you shooing me now?", he's smiling.
As always she found him really cute.He's really handsome.But she don't have any special feelings on him.She is just fond of him.Like the others.Actually they are all good looking.Arcival, Jam and Eric.Different features but really good looking and attractive.
"Silly..", she laugh.He could really lightened a day.
"Actually I have", he rose now.
"Thanks for the delicious breads and chocolates", as she walked with him to the door.
He was outside now.Still facing her in the doorstep.
"How about a jog tomorrow.No work by Saturday, right?", he said.
"Y-yeah, I'll try", she said.He didn't move.He stares at here, seems not satisfied with her reply.
"Ok Madi.Tomorrow.", assuring him.Then he smile.
"That's better.I'll go ahead now", he said then walked away.She laugh shooking her head.
Madi's earlier visit did somehow lightened her mood at work.And she's glad she wasn't assigned to the second floor anymore.
I can make it Mr. Mallik.You'll see.
Then she sigh.
Kinda hard, though.
Sigh again.
"Tough day?", she heard someone.
Oh yes.Circumstances and environment would be my impedements in this task of forgetting him.
Might made my days obtund.
Another reminder of him.
"Just maybe a Friday's sickness", she's trying to be casual.He laugh.It caught her employers attention who's been on her side.
"Just done my coffee.And I just wanna check if how's my favorite patient after last night?", Eric said.Trying to be professional when he caught Cattleya's discomfort from her employer.
"Excuse me, are you a doctor? why what happened to her?", Helena is quiet worried.
"She was brought to the hospital for difficulty in breathing"., Eric said.
"Just an allergy Ma'am Helena.I had taken a wrong food"., Catt added.
"Glad you're okay now.You could have rest Catt".
"No ma'am I'm really okay"., she insist.
"Thank you Doc Tan.",she wasn't able to thank him last night due to Nasser's stunt.
"No problem.That was our fault also.",.Catt just smiled to him.
"I'll go now Catt.Though it made you more beautiful I'll still say, stop frowning", Eric said smiling and walkout in the shop.
She blushed.Helena heard it right.
"Is he a suitor", Helena almost in a whisper.
"N-no Ma'am.I believed he was just kidding", so embarrassed.Helena smiled at her.
"Good looking guy"., Helena said while her attention is on the papers she was checking a while ago.
Cattleya now quiet.
