"What time is your flight tomorrow?", as they stood in front of Cattleya and Leslie's place.
"By six in the evening.Either my cousins or Jam will take you there.Sorry I'll be busy the hours before flight."
"Okay.", she nodded.
"I'll go ahead.", he said.
She nodded.But he then kiss her lightly in her lips and smiled at her.
She then hug him.She's wanting to ask what are they now.The kiss.They hug.Its all her first time with him.But she got hesitants to ask.But she's happy having him like these.But also afraid these all will lose in a flint.She watch him lovingly after she pull from the hug.
"How about stop working and live in my house?", he asked suddenly.
"What?", she asked laughingly."And just sit there like a princess?"
"Why not.Or go to school.Then I'll hire you."
This is what she's afraid of him.She don't know if he wanted it for her or for him and his 'society'.Wondering if he's ashamed that she's just a server and don't have any college degree.Of course she had planned to go back to school, but not to please anybody.
"D-did I said something wrong.", he ask worrily when she got quiet.
"N-no..anyway, the painting?"
He's staring at him.
"You're upset right?whatever it is, I'm sorry okay?", while brushing her hair.Didn't answer what she had asked.
"I'm not believe me."
"Liar."
She chuckles."Give me back the painting.", she asked again.
He's just staring at her.
"Mr. Mallik?"
"After I got back from the trip."
"Don't ever think of putting it on the auction okay?"
"And why?"
"Cause its mine."
"Its ours."
"I made it alone."
"I am the subject."
He grins.
"I will kill you Mr. Mallik."
"You'll lose me forever then.That would be a lifetime of loneliness for you."
"W-what?you aren't that conceited right?", she chuckles.
"Just being honest.", as he grins.
"Handsome men were everywhere Mr. Mallik.At the bar, at the..
"Shut up little mouse.Go inside now."
She look at him.
"I'm really happy today Mr. Mallik.", she said truthfully.
"I'm glad you are Catt."
Then they bid goodbye.
"That was a long standing huh but you're enjoying it.", Leslie spoke as Cattleya entered.
"Did Tyler asked about my absence?"
"Gladly no.Where you two have been."
Cattleya took an orange juice.
"In his house."
"Alone?"
"Y-yeah.But were not doing anything.", as she saw Leslie's mischievous look.
Leslie smiled teasingly.
"Leslie, I swear.So stop that."
"I believe you Saint Cattleya."
She just roll her eyes.
"You two..what are you now?", Leslie asked.
"I-I don't know.He said we'll have a talk after his business trip."
"I thought he has a girlfriend.", Leslie sounds concerned to Cattleya.
"They broke up."
"I hope he's for real Catt.", Leslie said.
Cattleya just smiled.
Margaret visited Catt at dinner.
"Thanks for coming Margaret, we had a wonderful dinner tonight.", Leslie said.
"You're welcome Leslie.I'm thankful that you let my daughter stay here."
After a little talk Leslie left the two at the living room.
"I'll be back in Japan this weekend Catt.But I'll be back here but not as early as next month."
Cattleya smiled.
"It's okay.", though somehow she felt something that she can't explain.Sad.Alone.
"How's the day with Nasser?", Margaret with a teasing smile.
"H-he called you?".
Margaret nodded."Actually he had called late last night that you're with him."
Cattleya flushed of embarrassment.
"Its okay Catt.I trust him.Am I right?", Margaret ask her blushing daughter.
"Y-yeah.We didn't do anything.He showed me his house."
"Really?",Margaret sounds amused.
"Yeah.Aside from him, I'm the only one who know and saw it.", she said happily.
Margaret smile.She could feel that both had really something going on unspoken.
"I'm somehow at ease if I'm away.", she said almost in tears."You like him?"
She was surprised of her question.Margaret laugh.
"I think he's a good man.", Margaret said.
Cattleya blushed.
"Do you think he like me?",she asked with a worried heart.
"I think so.Why?"
"His exes were rich and educated.I d-don't know..but I feel unworthy to him.He's too successfull and famous.Everyone might laugh at him.", now she felt that she's overreacting.
"Why?did he made you feel that?", Margaret feel pity on her daughter.
Cattleya shrug.She just remember all Belinda had said to her.
Margaret put her arms on Cattleya's shoulder.
"His house is beautiful.", suddenly her face brighten.
"Is't huge?", Margaret asked.
"No.It has no second floor.But it's complete and beautiful.And his garden, it's so me.", she said gladly ."All his flowers were cattleya, only."
"Really?He loves flowers?", now Margaret wonders if its just happened that he loves flowers and a cattleya flower too?
"He said cattleya is his mothers favorite."
"I see.", Margaret smiled.
Then a sudden silence.Margaret spoke.
"Hope you can stay with me this week before I leave."
Cattleya look at her mother.Somehow she felt excitement thinking she and her mother alone.
"Y-yeah of course."
"Thank you Catt..anyway I am going back to the hotel now.What time you'll be off duty tomorrow?maybe I can pick you up.", Margaret who's obviously more happy and excited to have Cattleya.
"No, no need to..Mr. Mallik will have a flight tomorrow, I'll come with his cousins to the airport.", she said shyly.
"Then, I'll accompany you.If you don't mind."
"Okay.", Cattleya agreed.
As Margaret stood she noticed Cattleya's ring.
"Nice ring.", she said smiling.
Cattleya gaze at the ring.
"It's from him.He made this when he was in Bali."
"Oh, I knew that.It's make your own jewelry." Margaret exclaimed."We've been there but I haven't got a chance for that."
"I see.", she said dryly thinking Bel and Mr. Mallik in Bali still upsets her.
"It's a beautiful place."
"He was with his girlfriend that time."
Now it wondered Margaret.He made Cattleya a ring with his girlfriend that time.
"Someday, I'll bring you there Catt.", Margaret said.She wanted to travel with Catt.She know her husband won't mind.He even suggests to bring Catt with her to Japan.
"But, I don't like there.I want somewhere else.Wherever, but not there."
Margaret laugh.She know she's just jealous."How about Japan?You want to come with me?Meko said you would surely love there."
"Your husband is really a good person.And also Alejandro's wife.", Cattleya said smiling.Thinking maybe her parents was really not meant to be for each other.They both have wonderful and good spouses now.
"I'll think about that."
"Thank you Catt for considering it.", Margaret said happily.
