"Patrick wake up! It's 1pm!" Agustin yelled as he opened the windows to let some fresh air in the bedroom.
"It smells like misery with a hint of depression in here." He said as he sat on Patrick's bed and shook him.
"Oh God what?!" Patrick quickly sat up and rubbed his eyes as the realisation of what Agustin previously said hit him.
"Yeah it's 1pm. I guess you're not going to work." Agustin replied while smiling like it was a good thing.
Patrick yawned and stretched his arms up. He then picked up his phone on top of the bedside table and looked if there was any messages.
There was nothing, even Owen. Whenever his not in, Owen always texts and asks if he's gonna come back soon.
Probably just worried but hides it.
Patrick locked the phone and looked at Agustin who's still smiling and sitting there.
"Why are you happy?" Patrick asked.
"Well, I'm pretty sure Kevin will understand why you're not at work, so." Agustin replied and shrugged.
"That didn't really answer my question?" Patrick said yawned again.
"I told my work that you're sick so I had a day off." Agustin shrugged with a smug expression which made Patrick feel less of a loner.
He didn't want to be alone today.
"That's so sweet and selfish." Patrick said as if he was very emotional, leaned in and hugged Agustin.
Agustin hugged him back and rubbed his back.
"Are you ok?" Even though Agustin knows he wasn't, as he heard all of what they said last night he still asked.
"I don't know." Patrick took a deep breath and broke their hug and leaned back to the headboard.
"You wanna do an old time movie marathon?" Agustin asked as if he was a mother trying to cheer up a weeping child.
Although that's how he sees Patrick right now.
Patrick laughed and nodded as he remembers the old times. The simpler times when they were just a bunch of sad gay rommies in San Fransisco watching movies on Patrick's laptop and falling asleep on each other's shoulders.
But now it seemed like its a rare occasion, like it's something that happens once in a blue moon.
Agustin stood up and walked to the door and stood by the doorway.
"By the way I have a surprise!" He said while raising his eyebrow as he disappears into the living room.
Patrick lifted the blanket and shoved it to the side, he got up and picked some Pyjamas as he probably will be staying indoors all day.
He didn't feel like going out and seeing other people, well, other that Agustin and probably Dom.
He's probably just going to zone off when he's at work and contemplate about everything.
He wondered if Kevin went home safe and got to work today.
He must be hammered.
Patrick shook his head, shake Kevin out of his head and went out to the hallway into the living room.
He smiled as he saw ice creams on the table.
"There's a bunch of flavours so, go crazy!" Agustin said and picked one of the medium cup and a spoon.
"Wait whose laptop is that?" Patrick asked when he saw it on top of the sofas arm rest.
"It's Eddies, I came to his house this morning and borrowed this and bought ice creams."
