Things are getting better for Evie, nothings perfect, she still hurts herself, she takes laxatives. But she's eating. Her family and friends are a whole lot better and much less worried.
This isn't the most happy ending to a story, but its realistic. It shows the realities of many broken teenagers struggles.
She continues to fight threw her struggles. And eventually, she will recover.
