A brand new family member (Howl's Moving Castle fanfic)

Chapter 5

The nurse leads them into a darker room with two velvet chairs with a bed/chair right beside it, and a ultrasound computer right bedside that too. "Please make your self comfortable. The doctor will be shortly with you." the nurse said to them as she then left.

Sophie looks at Howl as she kind of wanted him to walk in first. Howl turns his head to her and smiles. His eyes were like perfect blue jewels, making her blush. He was just so beautiful. "Shall we go in? he said grabbing her hand leading her into the room. They sat in the velvet chairs waiting for the doctor to come.

Later on the doctor finally came. She introduced herself. She then ask to go on the bed to start the ultrasound. Sophie got on to the bed and back. The doctor push a few button with then started the computer. Sophie was so scared but also exicited for this. "This might be cold." the doctor said as she put the blue jelly on Sophie. Sophie cringes when the coldness of the jelly went through her whole body.

For a few moment they heard nothing, but then you hear a faint beating sound. Both Sophie and Howl both smile.
"Well we have now found the baby. Do you want to know what the gender of the baby is?" The doctor said. Sophie turns her head away from Howl and over to the doctor's. "Oh yes please." She said in excitement. The doctor looks back at the computer then turns to look at Sophie and Howl. "Congrats to both of you, it's a baby girl." Sophie and Howl were in shock. Sophie a tears of joy in eyes. She couldn't believe it she was going to have a child with the most beautiful wizard in the land, that loved her. "Sorry but before we finish up here I need to do one thing, so just give me 2 minutes and I'll be right back." The doctor said as she gets up and leaves.

Also thank you soooo much for your comments they kept me going thank u and I know cliff hanger but I want to publish this so badly but I wasn't because I had writer block for the longest time and I have school so yeah I'm sorry .
