Sophie turns to Howl. It looks like he's daydreaming because he was smiling. The doctor came back with another big machine but it looked a bit different. "What is that?" Sophie asks becoming curious and a bit scared of what it was.
"Oh this thing?" The doctor taps the machine.
"It's just a ultrasound but it doesn't track the heart beat the baby, it tracks the magical currency in the baby. It's a new feature since now like in your case many magicians are having families of their own." The doctor smiled.
Then the doctor's smile faded in to a considered look. Howl and Sophie were now becoming worried.
"Usually there very little or in some cases no magical current in the child, but not in this case your child has at least 60% percent of magic flow in her body. But that shouldn't be a problem."
