"Please just watch her for a little while." Wardell begged putting on his shirt.

"I'm not really good with kids." I told Wardell honestly.

I don't have a child of my own so how can I possibly watch someone else's child? I'm not use to being around little kids. I've always been on the court so I didn't really get to spend much time with my sister when she was younger. I guess that's why she hates me now.

"Oh trust me you'll do fine. She's a toddler she's not that much trouble." Wardell informed me as he hurried to get dressed for practice.

"Ugh okay I'll watch her. Where is she now?" I asked Wardell making him grab me into his arms.

"Thank you so much babe and she's downstairs watching tv. I'll see you later." Wardell told me kissing my lips and walking away.

I sighed. "Bye." I mumbled.

After a couple of seconds I heard the door downstairs close.

I slowly went downstairs and headed towards the living room where I could hear sponge bob square pants theme song.

"SpongeBob SquarePants , spongebob squarepants." I heard Riley singing out making me smile.

Maybe this won't be so bad.

Once I entered the room I went over and sat next to her on the couch.

"Hey Riley." I said smiling at her.

"Hi Leslie." She replied back in the cutest voice as she stared at the tv.

She looks so innocent and pure. 😩😍❤️

After siting for a little bit and watching tv she got bored and turned off the tv.

"What do you want to do Riley?" I asked bending down to her level.

"I want some chicken nugs and some chocolate milk." She told me with her hands on her hips.

I giggled and nodded my head.

"Coming right up!" I exclaimed grabbing her hand and leading her to the kitchen.

I sat her in a chair before making her chicken nuggets and pouring her a cup of chocolate milk.

"Tank you." She said picking up a chicken nugget and putting it in her mouth.

"You're welcome cutie." I replied back.

After swallowing the chicken nugget she picked up the chocolate milk and took a sip. As she tried to sit the cup down it leaned over a little bit spilling out all of the milk.

"Riley!" I said grabbing the cup out of her hand.

"Oops sorry." She said quickly not knowing better and trying to wipe it up with her hands.

"No don't do that. I'll clean it up." I told her grabbing her hands.

"Look it all my chicken nugs are soft!" Riley cried out banging her feet against the table.

"Riley calm down I'll make you some more." I told her trying to get her to settle down.

That didn't stop the tears that just started falling out of her eyes.

Next thing I know she threw the plate that had the soggy chicken nuggets on the ground making me gasp in shock.

"Riley stop it now." I said sternly picking her up.

"Stop it." She kicked her feet.

I sighed before putting her down and letting her run off.

Great just great.

Riley's upset and I have a mess to clean up.

After cleaning up the kitchen I went to look for Riley who's laying down in her bed.

"Riley are you okay?" I asked her rubbing her back as she laid with her head on top of her arms.

"I miss my mommy." She whispered with a tear coming out of her eyes.

"Hasn't your mom been around?"
I asked confused.

"A little but I don't get to see her everyday like I use to. She's always crying and I don't like to see her cry." Riley said in her baby voice.

I nodded my head.

"Everything's gonna be alright." I told her rubbing her back soothingly.

I feel like Ayesha is still in love with Wardell why else would she be crying? I don't want to come in between them getting back together so maybe I should just back off a little bit.
