Tess POV
I ran as fast as I could down to the Whomping Willow. Remus had told me how to open it so after a few minutes and a couple close calls, I got in.
"Lumus" I muttered and my wand lit up.
I quickly walked down the hallway. I heard creaking and footsteps from upstairs.
I ran up the stairs as quiet as I could.
There was a door halfway open with light flooding out. I walked up to the door and peeked in. I saw a dirty, ragged man in the room.
I turned off my wandlight and courageously walked into the room.
My father turned around quick and looked at me. He looked from my face and to my wand and back. I promptly put it on my pocket.
"I know you're innocent" was all I said.
He took this and explained everything. Except he never mentioned having me or my mom.
"I knew it was Wormtail and I knew you would never betray them. Remus is gonna be proud" I told him.
"Remus?! You know him?!" He asked excited.
"Yes he teaches here. He's also knows my parents" I told him.
"I see I see. You never told me your name" he told me.
"I was going to see how long it took" I threw out casually like it was no big deal.
"So I take it I know you?" He asked me.
"I definitely would hope so" I chuckled.
"I feel like there is something I'm not getting but may be plainly obvious" he told me thoughtfully.
"Good to know your time in azkaban didn't make you stupid" I told him.
He chuckled "I like you and your attitude. Now tell me, how is it I know you?" He asked.
"Well father I knew you've been gone but I hope you would at least somehow know it was me" I told him with a sly grin.
"Wait...Tess? Is it really you? It couldn't be my little girl" he whispered, tears coming to his eyes.
"Hi daddy" I said with a watery smile.
He took a few steps towards me and engulfed me in a huge hug, which I gladly returned.
We were both crying and hugging and I started laughing.
"What?" He asked pulling back.
"Cause this is not how I pictured meeting my father" I told him.

Fred POV
I was shaking and pacing pulling at my hair.
"How could she do that? I don't even know what she did! Where did she go?! This has to do with Black. What am I going to do?! What do you th-"
"FRED!" George cut me off. "We told the professors, they're looking, there's not like we can find track her steps ourselves" he told me.
Maybe we can't track them, but we can find them.
I run to Harry and demands he gives me the map. He said it was in his room and I ran up as fast as I could.
I found the map and activated it as fast as I could. I found her name walking through the castle when stopped by...Lupin?
They talked for a little before Tess ran off and Lupin walked to his office after a few seconds. I found her almost in the common room so I ran downstairs and stood in line with the door with my arms open.
"Fred what are you doing?" George asked?
I continued to stand like this for about 20 seconds. Everyone was kind of stating at me but I just waited.
After about 15 seconds Tess came running in, tears streaming down her face, (a/n TEARS STREAM DOWN YOUR FACE *coldplay fix you*) and ran straight into my awaiting hug.
For about 3 minutes she just sobbed into my chest and I had been talking to George telepathically.
He had went to go get McGonagall about a minute ago and they just ran in.
"Miss. Bl- Dudley are you okay?" She questioned Tess.
"Yes yes, I'm perfectly fine. Just a bit shaken" she replied.
"Well at least you are in good hands" she gave us a small rare smile while looking pointedly at me.
"Yeah, I am" Tess replied grinning up at me.

Tess POV
I've been snuggled up with Fred on the couch for about an hour remembering old times.
"Do you remember that time we made a cake and ended up having a food fight?" He chuckled.
I cracked up "oh godric of course that was one of the funniest times. I think that was the first we've seen your mom get so mad" I told him.
We cuddled and talked into the early morning, and I didn't want it any other way.
