Chapter 09

Before I start the chapter, I just want you guys to know that I am very sorry about this VERY late update. But here it is, hope you enjoy.

Vanessa's POV

I knew I should have been more careful, Nathan could tell anyone. I walked down the school's hallways to get to 1st period, World history, I so desperately tried to get to class as fast as I could. I tried to get out of the hallways and hoped school would be over soon as well but let's face I'm barley going to 1st period, meaning I still had 6 more periods to go.
Once I got to class I got out everything I was going to need for today's class.
" Good morning! Hope everyone is having a good day so far. Okay, we will not be taking our Unit test, instead we will have class with Coach Mac, so everyone get your things and go to his room."
Great. Once we got to the classroom I wanted to die. You have got to be kidding me, why must he be here! Okay Essa all you have to do is take notes for class and class will be over. Just don't look at him and keep your head down.
" Ms. Monroe! Please take a seat, we would like to get started with class." Coach Mac yelled.
"Yes, sir." I tried to find a seat but luckily for me the only seat available was next to him. Great this day is the best day ever. As I took my seat, I could everyone's eyes on me which did not help my nervousness already. Let's get this over with.
" Hey, Essa." Whispered Julio.
" Oh hey, Julio. I didn't see you there, wait no, I did but I... Ugh forget it." Great, seriously? I didn't see you there, he is literally sitting right next to you.
"So I was wondering if you would to like to eat lunch with me and my sister? I mean you don't have to but if want you can." He whispered.
"I'll think about it, but thank you anyways." I whispered back and smiled at him. With that said, I returned to taking notes, and a few minutes later the bell rang for the next period.

Lunch:

Considering that I always go to the library to read during lunch, I decided it was better then sitting in a loud cafeteria with someone I wanted to get away from. I started my way to the library, when I saw Claire walking down the hallway next to Lucas, stopped in my tracks and turned the other way heading into the cafeteria. When I walked in it was like every had stopped what they were doing and just stared right behind me, I kept my head down, not wanting any attention on me because I knew they were not staring at me but the people behind me:Lucas and Claire.
"Hey fatty, here to eat up? And then are you going to go cut yourself? How many times have told to just go ahead and ki-."
"Finish that sentence and the only person that will be killed is going to be you Lucas!" I instantly recognized that voice, Julio, he was a life saver wasn't he?

Hey guys it's Forevera_warrior here and I just want to say thank you so much for the support! You guys make my day whenever you guys 'star' my story. But yeah, I know I have been gone for a while but I'm back again and once again I'm sorry for this long waited update. I'm still trying to figure things out with the story and when I should update the next chapter. But for Chapter 10 I know for sure that it WILL be up by September 20th.
