"No! No! Its not true! It can't be!" You screamed, sinking to the ground. Tears poured down your cheeks and you sobbed. Niall came up to you, and pulled you to his chest.
"I'm sorry Mrs.Horan. But your husband only has three months to live." The doctor said sadly. "I'll give you some privacy." Loud hard sobs racked your body, shaking you. Niall rocked you back and forth.
"(Y/N), I need you to be strong. Lets make the best of these last few months." He brushed a piece of hair out of your face. You nodded, unable to speak. "I'll always be with you." He said.
"Always and forever?" You asked.
"Always and forever." He confirmed. You leaned against him and rocked back and forth in that sad, cold hospital room.

"Niall! Niall, its ok. I'm here. I'm here." You put his hand up to your cheek. "You're gonna be ok." You lied.
"Your a horrible liar, (Y/N)." He chuckled. "I know." You said. You began to cry. "Its only been two months." "Its ok." He said. You could tell he was struggling to talk, and his breath was labored. "Stay with me. Please." You begged. "Always......and, forever." His eyes softly closed, and the machine flat line, told you he was gone.
You wailed for hours over his lifeless body, which still had a hint of his smile.
A smile you would never witness again. A laugh that would never fill your ears again. A hand that would never caress your cheek in that loving way.
A pair of arms seized you by the waist. "You're not alone." A husky voice said. "You have me." It was Louis. "Thank you." Always Forever. His voice echoed in your head as you watched the staff take him away and as Louis led you out. You looked back to the bed that was now empty, and you swore you could see Niall smiling. "Go, Louis will make you happy again." You thought you heard him say.
He was always with you. You saw his smile in his son, which you and Louis both agreed to name Niall James and keep his daddies last name, Horan.
