22:37 brooklyn New Yorkit's nearly closing time for the cafe on 56th and he was the only costumer inside. it was another end to another one of his 'I'm just not ready for a committed relationship' speech (that was 100% bullshit) that he had given one too many times. Girls were just attracted to him. blonde hair, blue eyes great smile dimples..he had it all. who could resist him?
he had been with so many girls when he gave them the 'speech', it was just like his second nature. he didn't feel one ounce of regret when he told them, even if they cried an ocean of tears.
"Okay kid it's time for me to lock up." the sixty-something year old owner and happened to be the only worker of the place said to the blonde boy whilst throwing a very flour filled towel over his shoulder.
"Alright, thanks for the coffee, mate." In which he replied a he began to walk towards the door. "And hey." The owner called turning his head. "As much as I like having you here kid it would be nice to see you here when your not here just to dump another poor gal'. It'd be nice to see another familiar face here besides yours ya know." He told the boy as he counted the not so many dollar bills from the register.
"Sure Tony whatever you say." He mumbles, looking back at him and opening the door. It's true. He could never stay with the same girl for only a couple of days, if that. It's not like he had feelings for any of them and neither did they. just strictly sex.
before he was fixated on where he was headed another body, one a lot smaller than his, collided with his own and his drink was spilt in front of him and all over her in the process.
"Hey, watch where your going asshole, what the hell!" the petite girl yelled at the much larger boy, looking down on her now coffee stained shirt.
"Sorry beautiful, maybe I should watch where I'm going yeah?"
"Yeah, yeah whatever. Just help me up would you?" she called up to him as he stuck his hand out. her voice sounded all to familiar, but calming to the boy, who hasn't heard and accent
'She's Australian' he thought.
"Why are you all the way here in Brooklyn aren't you a little to far from home princess?" he questions the girl, as she dusts the backs of her dark shorts off, and retrieving the tattered backpack from the alley way ground and allowing it to settle on her leather covered arms.
"I would ask you the same thing but I have a lot of better and useful things I need to be doing with my time right now and your the last person I want to be talking to considering you just spilled coffee all over me. And quit it with the pet names." she glared.
"Hey I said I was sorry," he defended with his hands in the air."Apology not accepted." she retorted and was on her way.
He wasn't kidding himself either. She was very beautiful. 'She looks like a good fuck' he couldn't let her get away just yet.
"Wait up I didn't get your name!" He calls and catches up.
"That's because I didn't give it to you, ass."
"C'mon baby I said I was sorry." She didn't even look towards him.
