Dean: sam is your best friend and always will be . And Dean loves it but he hates it as well. He hates that when he makes you cry or makes you mad you go to sam and Dean is very jealous of that. Sam doesn't feel anything but sisterly love toward you and Dean knows that but that doesn't stop him from getting extremely jealous and moody.
