A/N : Hey guys . I don't really give Sam as much love as I should so I thought id try to change that. Hope you all enjoy.

You knew something went wrong on the hunt the moment that bunker door swung open. Dean grabbed a bottle of whisky and went straight to his room slamming the door behind him. Sam went straight to the showers. Normally Dean would greet you with a hug or ruffle your hair and Sam would greet you with a kiss. But not this time. You knew you couldn't do anything for Dean when things went wrong. No one could. But you could help Sam. So you got up from the couch where you were watching tv and poured you and Sam both a drink. You set off to find him. As you thought you found him in the library with his nose in a book. You set his drink down and waited sipping your drink til he was ready to talk. "Im just tired Y/N. Tired of loosing people . Tored of killing . I just don't know how much more I can handle. " Sam finally said breaking down. He then went on to tell you exactly what happened. The vamp they were hunting that was out of control ended up being a hunter friend of theirs. The guy couldn't control himself. He was dropping bodies left and right and went after dean when he was confronted. Sam had no choice but to put him down but he didnt see it that way. " Sam it's not your fault. It's not on you or Dean. I'm sorry you lost a friend, and I'm sorry he couldn't control himself but it's not on you. You didn't have a choice baby. Not everyone can be as strong as Garth and fight the monster they have become. You did a bad thing for a good reason. It is not your fault " You reasoned. You held Sam while he got it together. Seeing him in tears always got to you. He smiled at you. "Y/n what would I do without you?"Sam said. " You would undoubtedly meet a bitter end." You said jokingly. You and Sam stayed up most of the night talking until he seemed better. Sometimes that's all people need. Someome to talk to. Every time something like this would happen Sam knew he could count on you to be there . And that's all he needed to get through .
