Arriving at the docks, Violet was in way over her head. Could she really do this.. could she betray Rafe?

Letting out a sigh she took in all the sights, lots of crains loading the boats, the cross had to be here somewhere. Growing closer to the workers a security guard stopped her instantly "you can't be here." He stated in a firm tone, it was obvious to him she was a pogue by her run down attire.

"I'm here for Rafe Cameron.." she stated nervously, her heart pounding out of her chest.

The security guard scoffed, looking her up and down "yeah, sure you are." He stated, carefully picking up is radio to call for backup. Raising her hands, Violet shakes her head "no.. no I really am." She panics slightly as she spotted Rafe in the distance watching a box be lifted into the boat; that must be the cross.

"Rafe!" She yells to him as the guard grows impatient, grabbing her arm to drag her out of the area.

Spotting what was going on, Rafe rushes over "hey! Hey!" He gains the attention of the guard "she's with me." Removing the guards hands away from Violet. "You came" he smiled, happy to see her.

Watching Rafes face light up, the guilt began to eat her alive "of course I did.." she spoke quietly.

Wrapping his arm around her, Rafes smile wouldn't leave his face "come, let me show you the Kook life." He chuckled, guiding her over and onto the boat.

Looking over at the containers where she had left the pogues, she prayed they'd find a way on.. and prayed they'd find Sarah.

They had been out on the water now for a while. Sitting up in the captains deck with Rafe, Violet was extremely on edge.. Rafe was onto the pogues and she knew it. "The explosion in the ship yard? Where'd that come from huh?" He questions the captain, glancing over at Violet. He knew she had to have something to do with it.. he just didn't want to believe she'd betray him.

Looking down at her feet, Violet couldn't look at him. "I wouldn't put it past these assholes man.. you don't know them, they could've gotten on the ship." Rafe continued "why not make sure they didn't? What's it gonna hurt?"

The captain sighed, picking up the radio "hey Mack. I want you and the crew to search the ship for stowaways."

Finally looking up from her feet, Violet was met with Rafe staring at her. Gulping quietly, she now had to pray the pogues wouldn't get caught.

"I want to show you something." Rafe breaks the silence, holding out his hand for Violet. Reaching up she takes his hand in hers, walking through the ship together, going further and further down the boat. "Rafe.. where are we going..?" She asks a little scared

Letting out a small chuckle, he shrugs "you'll see." He smiles as they reached the storage area. Letting go off her hand he wandered over to a box "something really special in here vi."

"Rafe you're scaring me.." she spoke quietly, Rafe was acting off. Running his hands along the box, that creepy grin not leaving his face.

"No need to be scared vi." He chuckled "I'm just about to change your life." He unravels the fabrics, revealing the cross. Violets lips part as she goes silent, staring down at the cross. "My family was in trouble.. our family." Rafe corrects himself "we thought my dad was dead, so I stepped up. This thing is worth-"
