Meeting up outside the wreck the next day after school, Violet tosses her bag down beside jjs as she sits up on the wooden bench.

"So we going to the Bahamas or what?" Jj shrugs leaning over the bench

Pope shakes his head, scrunching his face up "There's no way we're getting to the Bahamas." He admits, being the realistic one of the four.

"John B will get nabbed sooner or later. So if we're gonna clear his name, we need to have done it yesterday." Kiara explains as she looks around the group, running her hands down her yellow jeans.

JJ stands, walking in front of the group with a confident smile "I'll tell you how we do it."

Violet laughs, knowing JJ was going to come up with some idiotic plan "do share JJ."

"Oh so you have it all planned out?" Popes sarcastic tone is evident as he looks over at JJ

JJ shrugs "As a matter of fact, I do." He leans one leg on the bench the rest of the group was sitting on before announcing his stupid plan "We kidnap Rafe."

Violets mouth parts in shock, JJ had come up with some idiotic plans before but kidnap was never on the cards "We are not kidnapping my boyfriend are you crazy?" She narrows her eyebrows as JJ continued to explain his plan.

"I'm sorry, what?" Pope blurts out in shock

Jj shrugs again "We kidnap Rafe, tie him up and stick the gun in his mouth" he creates a gun with his fingers, shaking his head "and just wait till he starts squawking about his dad."

"You know, torture's a war crime." Kiara stares in disbelief

Violet shook her head, annoyed by the idea "We are not doing that." She narrowed her eyes once again "there's a million other things you could've suggested. Torturing my boyfriend isn't the plan JJ?" She crosses her arms annoyed

"I thought it was a good idea-" JJ continues only to be cut off my pope

"Yeah, so how exactly do you plan on clearing John B's name from a prison cell?" He clasps his hands together, looking at JJ "Because that's a felony."

JJ throws his hands up in defence before sitting down on the lower part of the bench, loooijg over at the group "All right, well, what do you got, Pope? I was just trying to keep it simple. You know, one stop, and we're done." He states causing Violet to scoff and roll her eyes.

Pope sighs, coming up with an idea "Guys, all we need is a material witness.."

"Violet do you think rafe will do it?" Kiara cuts pope off, looking over at Violet with hopeful eyes.

Violet slowly shook her head "I've asked him loads of times. He won't do it." She sighs "he's set on protecting Ward."

"Of course he is." JJ scoffs, not shocked with violets statement

Violet sighs once again "I mean I am a material witness and they don't even believe me.. Rafe magically changing his mind after dating me." She trails off "Shoupe won't believe him either."

"We saw Ward's plane fly right over our heads with the gold inside of it." Pope speaks up once again, he knew they were getting nowhere with trying to convince rafe so was coming up with alternative solutions "He didn't fly it. If somebody else flew, they were there on the tarmac." He looks around at the group "They saw Peterkin get murdered. We just have to find whoever that was and get them to confess on record."

Kiara grows hopeful, looking over at JJ before back to pope "How do we do that?"

Pope shrugs "A little light espionage." He grins
