This isn't a powerlifting video. It's a commercial I ran into just a few minutes ago and I thought it would go great with this story. It's about street workouts and freedom. It grasped me so I would hope that this would maybe influence you. It's more about freedom than anything.

You don't have to lift someone's weight.
You don't have to encourage them.
But you can.
