Magkahalong kaba at excitement ang nararamdaman ko habang naglalakad papunta sa main level ng hospital.

Matagal ko na ring hindi nakakausap si Roxy since we had the argument about my relationship with Jade.

Hindi ako gumawa ng effort para kausapin siya at wala din naman akong nareceive na tawag mula dito.

Inisip ko na lang na it was for the better na hindi muna kami mag-usap since medyo tense ang last conversation namin.

Sa totoo lang, sa bawat hakbang ay ninenerbiyos ako.

Dati, bago ako makipagmeeting sa mga prospective producers, nagreresearch muna ako about my future partners.

Siyempre, ready din si Roxy with a back up plan lalo na if mutual ang interest to work with the other party.

Pero iba ang meeting na ito.

Out of habit, I googled Mr. Jimenez dahil gusto kong magkaroon ng idea kung sino ba siya.

I have to say I was impressed with his accomplishments.

He collaborated with a lot of people.

His compositions were sang by artists from the 60's to the early 2000's before he was forced to retire.

Award-winning composer din ito not only in the Philippines but also internationally.

Katulad ni Papa, he was also diagnosed with lung cancer.

No wonder he heard us singing.

Nakaconfine din ito sa same unit where Papa goes for his treatment.

Mr. Jimenez never married despite his dalliances with countless women.

There were rumors that he fathered two daughters with two different women but they were estranged from him.

Habang pinagmamasdan ko ang photographs nito, he reminded me of Rogelio dela Rosa.

Mestizo din kasi ito and I have to say guwapo.

Sigurado ako na malaki na ang pinagbago nito lalo na kung maysakit siya.

Although suot nito ang trademark na red flipflops (Spartan ang favorite niya), denim-colored capri pants at plain pink short-sleeved shirts na RL, napansin ko na maaliwalas ang aura niya.

Nakasukbit sa kilikili nito ang vintage LV "Mezzo" purse na kanyang favorite accessory.

Pero ang pinakaoutstanding sa lahat ay ang napakaganda niyang ngiti habang papalapit sa akin.

Lumakad ako kung saan siya nakatayo at ng magpang-abot kami, nabigla ako ng bigla itong yumakap sa akin.

Sa higpit ng kapit ni Roxy, halos hindi ako makahinga.
