It is Like a Budding Flower

Today was the day I was going to set all of this straight with Lukas, oh the undying impatience! It was eating me alive. Upon getting there, I stopped and stares for a while, thinking.. Thinking.. Crazy thoughts! I am like a rambunctious child waiting to go to an awaited place. He got there before I did and he was sitting on a swing going back and forth. . . His hair glistens in the breeze like the branches on a tree in the autumn's day! The sun made his hair twinkle as if it was the sun itself! Such a rare occasion this was that I would be seen staring at someone as if they were a god!

Luckily he did not catch me taking a not-so-quick glance! My corners of my mouth twitched upwards as he found me standing near the swings, nervously holding my wrist and staring at the ground. He got up from the swing gracefully, meaning he did not decide to jump off midair and than face plant onto the mulch, but that would be funny- I mean sad.

He walked over with a little skip in his step, which was pretty interesting coming from him. He was magnificent! This man was truly a modern day Leif Eriksson because I would gladly let him discover me for the first time! I mean, what?

"Hello there, (Y/N)," he said in such a way that it was nearly intoxicating.

"Hello there Lukas," I attempted to mock his mood tone.

"So you came, that is a relief. I thought you would have been repulsed by my use of words." The way he spoke was so gentle.. So very kind and sweet. He is like Daim, you just cannot have one! Or in his case, you just had to keep listening to him, not one word was enough, I wish he would never be quiet!

You laughed a little, "No, never! I promise you I will never leave you to be on your own!"

Lukas gave this amazing smile that it made you want to throw up from how happy you were!

"Oh? Is that so?" He stepped closer, pulling your hand from your wrist to give you a less nervous appearance. "Thank you. That means a lot to me for you to say that, (Y/N)."

All you did was smile and than you leaned closer to him, pulling him into a hug. You had no confidence to kiss him yet, for all you know he could just be really friendly in close relationships!

He spoke once more in a silent voice so nobody else could hear it, if there were people around, "Be mine?" Than he did it, he did the unthinkable!

He hugged you back.

SCORE!

Than his phone went off. His ringtone was so odd, you figured it was Hanne Krogh because it sounded so odd. He ignored his phone and kissed you. Oh hell with the hug, this was amazing!

So he did want to be with you! This may have been the best day ever, but more is yet to come in the near future and you could just sense it in and out!
