High school time!(a fiolee fan-fic)

The set-up

I was too stunned to speak.

"You're the girl"his words rang into my head.Does Marshall like me?Why didn't he ask me out to prom?Is it because of Gumball and Flambouy?I thought.My thoughts were interrupted by Gumball.

"Why are you thinking so hard?Just party hard!"All the thoughts immediately vanished as I danced crazily together with the my favourite songs until it a slow song was played.I went to the refreshment table to grab a cup of punch.I was catching breath when out of a blue,Mashall appeared.

"Ahhh!"I yelled.

"Didn't know you were so easily scared."he said.

"You almost scared the daylights out of me!"I said as I playfully punched his arm.

"Follow me."he said.He grabbed my arm and dragged me outside so it's not like I had the choice.We soon reached somewhere under a tree where we sat down as I laid down on Marshall's shoulders and his arm placed around my shoulder.We sat there for quite some time in silence as music from the school boomed loudly.It was like all the stress from school,parents faded away when I was with him.Suddenly,Stephanie and Marceline appeared in front of us.

"Well,well,well,look at this couple,sneaking out."Marceline said.

"I thought I could trust you!"Stephanie yelled at Marshall,tears brimming in her eyes.

"Look,I can explain..."Marshall said getting up but he was soon interrupted.

"You broke Stephanie's heart,I don't think you need to explain anything anymore."Marceline said,comforting Stephanie as they stormed away.

"I'll try to make it up to her,don't worry."Marshall said.He neared my lips but I stopped him.

"Give me some time,can you?I need to think this over."I said and ran back to school and told Gumball and Flambouy that I wasn't feeling well and that I will head home first.They offered to give me a lift home but I declined the offer and walked home.

~The next day~

I did my usual morning routine and headed to school wearing a hot pink t-shirt and a dark purple skirt.Gumball was the first to spot me followed by Flambouy.They started chatting about last night and I giggled at some of the things they did there like intimidating teachers and stuff like that.Gumball and Flambouy make me feel at home and I wished this moment would last forever.wait...Do I like them?Arhhhh!Now it is even more confusing!Hopefully I will forget these thoughts by tomorrow.

*Marshall's POV*

I mustered my courage and walked up to Stephanie who was quietly weeping at her locker.This was his the conversation went.

Me:Hey...

Stephanie:What do you want?

Me:Look,I'm sorry about last night.Is there any way I could make it up to you?

Stephanie:Hmmm...You could help me move some boxes into my new house I'm moving into.

Me:Okay.

Stephanie:Great!I'll see you after school.Here is my address.

She handed me a slip of paper with an address written on it.Well,at least she didn't ask for anything else.I thought and went to my classroom,stuffing the slip of paper into my pocket.

~After school~

I went to Stephanie's house,just like I promised,in my old car.When I reached there she was already waiting for me.

"Hey!"She waved to me.There were tons of boxes outside her house.Looks like a lot of work.I thought.I parked my car and began work.

*Fionna's POV*

I was invited to Stephanie's house after school.She said something about wanting to apologise to me about her behaviour last night.So I headed to her house after school,which took like eternity!

*Marshall's POV*

"You're so strong!"Stephanie said.

I smiled at her back and continued to move the boxes into her house.

"Look at your face.It's all sweaty!Here let me clean them for you."Stephanie said and wiped the sweat off my face and kissed my lips after that.I stood rooted to the ground,dumbfounded.

*Fionna's POV*

I stood there in shock.Marshall and Stephanie were kissing!I wave of sadness swept over me.I ran away immediately,crying my heart out.

*Marshall's POV*

After regaining my composure,I pushed her away and yelled,"What was that about?!"

"I'm sorry!I just want to be with you so badly.So I..."I saw her glancing behind as she spoke.I turned around and saw no one there.

"Nevermind.I'll just move these boxes up and go."I said and continued moving the boxes.

*Fionna's POV*

I ran all the way back home and cried until there were no more tears.

I should've heeded Finn's advice I thought.I glanced over my room and saw my guitar my dad bought for me.I grabbed it and started working on a song...
