Remembering the past...

Sorry for the delay people. I'm up with something which is really important. But don't worry I somehow managed to write this. Hope you enjoy. Here it goes...

Harry's POV
I knew I had messed up things a lot and the only person that could mend it, was me. So without thinking further I just ran behind her.
" Liana wait, stop! Look I know I shouldn't have done what I did. I'm really sorry" I screamed. But she didn't stop and kept running. "Liana please, please I beg you, just listen to me" I begged and begged but still she didn't stop. "Lia... " but before I could continue I noticed a car rushing towards Liana's side. No I can't loose her, I can't loose Liana. I need her, the world needs her. "Liana just this one time, and after that if you want me to leave I'll leave. I promise I'll never ever bother you again. I promise. Please stop just this time, please?" and at that point I was crying hard.
I finally reached her and pulled her towards the footpath. I held her close to my heart when I realized she was crying even more. I was sitting on the path and she was almost lying over me but I didn't care. All I wanted was her to be safe and I was the person that could keep her safe. "I'm sorry Liana" I whispered sniffling to her ear. I could feel her shake her head a bit but I kept quiet. We both stayed like that for about few minutes. After sometime I could only hear soft sniffles which indicated that she had stopped crying. "You OK now" I softly asked making sure I don't hurt her more. She nodded. "Liana" I lifted her chin. "please tell me what's bothering you" I requested.
She shifted her position from over me to my side. She sniffles one last time before starting, "My dad killed my mom, my sister and even threatened me" "Harry, he was my hero. But after all these happened I was.... " tears started slipping from her eyes again. After sometime she spoke again "you see this" she asked lifting her sleeve. I was shocked to see several faded cuts. It clearly said that she had been done self harm. I couldn't control my tears any longer and just let them slip silently. I caressed my palm over her cuts. What did this beautiful person even do to deserve all this? I wish I could take away all the pain.
I even came to know that Liana was suicidal, she tried it for about two to four times, but everytime by luck she was rescued. She was okay now but some guilt of losing her mother and sister was still inside her. She blamed herself for every single thing.
That night went by, with us sharing about each others past. She just let all her fears and guilts out for sometime, resting her forehead on my shoulder. I was happy that she at least trusted me and told me everything that she had kept inside her for years.
After dropping her home and making sure she was alright I drove to my flat.
As expected all the boys and to my surprise the girls were sitting on the couch. Boys looking very annoyed and girls looking sleepy and concerned. Louis looked a bit cool but still.
I half smiled at them as I entered the flat. "you all here? " I asked casually.
"You shouldn't have done that mate" Niall said. "Done what?" I asked. "You kissed Liana" "that's what you have done" Liam said a bit of anger clear in his voice. " Umm.... Yeah but... " before I could finish Liam held my collar. "What happened to her? Ishu she okay? I saw her running out of the venue." I was dead scared. I had never seen that face of Liam. "Liam, Liam cool down" Sophia held him back. I sighed loudly. Sophia reminded me of Gemma. Gem always rescued me from the scoldings I used to get when I did something stupid. "I'll talk to him" Sophia said as she took me by wrist and dragged me to the kitchen.
"Harry is Liana alright?" Sophia asked looking really concerned. "yeah she's alright. I dropped her home after making sure that she's alright" I said. "Are you sure?" "wah... Of course i'm sure Soph. I would have never left her alone until she was okay. Trust me? " I said assuring her. "Alright alright got you" Sophia said laughing breaking the tension. "now let's get back to the drawing room before everyone sneaks in here" I chuckled and followed her back to the room.
Sophia explained everything to the boys and I stood there still thinking about Liana. I felt a nudge when I realized it was Louis giving me a GOT SOME EXPLAINING TO DO LATER look. I simply nodded knowing I couldn't hide anything from him. Sooner or later I had to tell him about Liana.
