Here's another chapter. I'm updating frequently these days as this story is nearly ending and this is the 2nd last chapter.

At first I thought of just ending this with an epilogue but since many of you have requested, I'll put up a short sequel of it. Hope you like it.

Harry's POV

"please let me go, if no one is going at least let me go and find her, please. Lou tell them. I promised Lia that as long as I'm here, I'll not let anything happen to her" I begged Louis and asked him to tell the officers to let me in.

He looked at me with pity. "okay, I will join you inside" a officer said after sometime.

"if we don't come out within 15 minutes, you all start searching for us" he instructed someone.

"mate, be careful" Liam told me. I assured him that I'd be fine.

The officer came to me and said "let's go". I nodded and started nearing the burning building.

Nothing could be seen only smoke and red, yellow, orange flames everywhere.

As I entered the building a huge block of burning wood nearly fell over me. I rushed inside. The officer followed me inside and we started searching for Lia.

5 minutes... 10 minutes... But she was no where. I gradually lost contact with the officer. The smoke had made it difficult for me to see anything.

I suddenly heared a faint "ha....rrrr....y". I recognized the voice. And tried looking for her.

I started coughing hard and suddenly from a distance I saw her. Lying lifeless on the ground. She was surrounded by fire.

I somehow crossed it and reached her. I knelt down near her and cupped her face "Lia, look i'm here". Saying that I hugged her. It didn't matter if we were in the middle of fire, or not. But I had her and she had me. We didn't need anything else.

"Lia wake up. Please. I promise I'll never bother you again. Just wake up" I said. She didn't respond.

I needed to get her out of this. I had to fulfill my promise of protecting her. No matter what.

Louis POV

20 minutes passed but there was still no sign of Harry or Liana. I was starting to get worried. "Liam I think we should start searching for them now. It's 20 minutes already" I told Liam. He looked around worryingly.

"yeah let's go" Liam said and we all neared the building but suddenly a figure caught my attention.

"wait!" I stopped everyone. I pointed towards the walking figure. We hoped it was Harry.

And surely it was. He had Liana in his arms. A part of his shirt had caught fire, but it looked like he didn't care. He held Lia protectively inside his chest and rapped his jacket around her tiny frame.

We rushed to him as he handed Liana to Liam and fell on the ground exhausted. "Harry you okay" I asked concerned.

He nodded and tried speaking "Li... a... c...all... th...e am...bula...nce...".

"Louis Lia... na" Liam shook me hard. I didn't know where to look. Harry or Liana? Both of my friends were struggling in front of me. That was the time I felt so helpless.

"Liana what?" I asked looking at a horrified Liam. "She isn't breathing" he stuttered.

"what???" I asked shocked. I checked her breath and she really wasn't breathing.
