"He makes me smile" a carlos/descendants fanfiction

Chapter 4: The Big Game

Kayla's POV :

It's friday. Im at the game that carlos had been texting, calling, and talking my ear off about. I sat with my friends in between logan and zach. "Kayla! I bought you food after all of ur yelling. Are you going to eat it or not?" Zach asked me. "Oh ya of course!" I said picking up a handfull of popcorn and stuffing it in my face. I was wearing a flowy yellow romper, black snapback, a small black bag, and my beloved royal blue high top converse. I had wavy hair today which I left down, a little red lipbalm, black winged eyeliner, some mascara, and some bronzer. Much more maleup than usual. But my usual is very little makeup. I thought I looked pretty good. I just wish that carlos would think so too. 

The game was tied 2-2. I saw carlos get knowcked down. Then jay picked him up and somehow kept up with the game at the same time. Jay passed to Ben, and my brother scored the winning goal. I jumpex up and yelled, screamed, and jumped with all of my friends. I cant believe we won!!! Then all of the guys somehow had coordinated a song and dance for ben to confess his love for Mal. I had no idea he liked her.  But I think she is , muh better for him than Audrey. Who immediately started making out with Chad charming, logans brother. It was absolutely digusting. 

After the whole song was over. I went up to carlos amd gave him a huge hug. And when before I pulled away from carlos I put a chocolate in his hand. "Whats this for?" He asked. "You, that must have been a tiring game. I think you deserve something sweet after all of that!" I answered.  "Ya, it was. Do you and ur friends want to grab some dinner with me and my friends?" Carlos asked anxiously.  I looked for approval from my friends, and they all nodded yes. "I think we're in." I said. "Great! Meet us at Cinderella's Pumpkin in half an hour." Carlos added. "Of course!"I said with a smile.

Carlos' s POV :

She actually wanted to hang out with me and my friends! The game was amazing and so was the  hug she gave me. She looked gorgeous was all I thought throughout the whole game. But now I have to go get ready for dinner. Evie came up with the idea for us to all have dinner with Kayla and her friemds. After everyone was ready we were off to Cinderella's Pumpkin.  It was a casual place, they served all kinds food. We'd been here a few times before and it is a place to eat. So I guess its ok... 

Kayla and her friemds walked into the resturant, laughing and joking around. They looked like they were havjng a lot of fun. Kayla's smile was so beautiful.  I just want to be the person who makes her smile. 

We all sat down at a table and after everyone ordered their food. My friemds made an actual effort to try to make friends with Kaylas friends.  I'm really glad I have friemds like them. Jay was flirting with all of the girls, Evie somehow got into a conversation with Doug, Mal made fun of Jays flirting with the girls, and I was having a conversation/debate with Kayla about whether the arts should have more credit and popular to more people or sports. Somehow she ended up winning, I mean who could say no to her. Even if they really liked sports. We started talking about the dance that was coming up,sunce I had neer been to a dance like the ones they had in Auradon. Kayla said that they were always extravagant, everyone got dressed up and it was supposedly a big deal to not have a date. Because almost everyone in Auradon was in a relationship. 

Kayla's POV :

As I looked around the table full of villan descendants and daughters and sins of some of the most famous fairytale heros and princesses.  I realized that what ben was trying to prove was happening. The kids of Auradon and the Isle of the Lost were able to get along with eachother. And it wasnt too bad that one of them could make me smile, laugh, blush, and just be fun to be around. I just don't want to end up getting my heart broken again. So I think ill try to fight my feelings for Carlos. Even if he does look super cute 24/7. 

Jane's POV :

I was at Cinderella's Pumpkin, just having a nice meal. When Carlos walked in. He didn't come over to talk to me or anything. But im sure he was just to shy to talk to me. I mean he obviously wanted to date me and kiss me the second he saw me. Thats the only logical reason that he looked away from me right? I was getting ready to go over and talk to him myself. But them that girl Kayla walkedin with her annoyimg friends. I can't believe that she was going over to sit, I repeat SIT with the villan kids. She is "ms. Perfect" to the while school because Ben is her brother. She is so annoying shes always just like a girl version of her brother. Wayyyy to nice, polite, and sweet. Ugh, I dont understand why she is so popular. Carlos has to ask ME to the dance, I dont care how or when but it will happen. And if Kayla was even thinking about likeing, dating or marrying my future husband (Carlos). Then she better sleep with her eyes open.
