and Hannah's house is Plan 2 and you can see the inside :))) Spoiler so Adriana and Michael are moving out, actually everyone is and Adriana and Michael's home is Plan 3. Ashton and Patricia's home is Plan 1. Eve and Chris have the same as Patricia, but they have a different design outside. Myranda and Zach have Plan 2, Nikki and Jake has Plan 3.

Luke's house will be smaller and I'm searching for one lol, poor Luke :(

four months later ***

"Diamond!" The paparazzi's were shouting my name and I smiled at all of them.

"What happened to you and Luke Hemmings from 5 Seconds Of Summer!?" A familiar voice shouted and I turned around to see Chris.

"Chris!" I shouted and I walked towards him, giving him a hug. "How have you been, I haven't seen you in so long!"

"Answer my question," He demanded. I stopped smiling and I backed away from him. My co-star was pulling me towards him.

"I'm sorry, I have to go Chris," I apologized and I walked away with Daniel. We were posing on the red carpet then some people lead us inside. We were at a music award show right now, 5 Seconds Of Summer were performing.

Let me tell you what happened the pass months: Luke and I had to breakup due to long distance relationship I guess. And because we had a huge argument, we said really cruel things to each other. It was for the best anyways, he deserves to be happy with someone else. Apparently he moved on from me, with hurt my heart a little, so I decided I should too. But there's still a small hole in my heart. And my memories... well I got memory back and it took a very long time. Luke just never found out about it, actually no one found out about it yet. It's my little secret.

But when Luke and I were arguing, this sentence really hurt me; "I don't think I'm ever going to fall in love with you or be with you again, you hurt me too much and I am done."

We were seated the third row and I linked my arms with Daniel. We talked for a little bit until the show started to begin. They were announcing all the famous people in here tonight.

"Please give it up for 5 Seconds Of Summer!" The host said and he walked off stage. Some people stood up, including Daniel and I stayed sitting down. There were some rumors that they were performing a song that Luke and Calum wrote. Calum wrote it about Hannah and Luke wrote it about me.

I haven't listened to it yet and I haven't seen or talked to Hannah at all. No one, I haven't talked to any of the gang. But I heard some of them got married and that Hannah and Calum were on another break.

"I woke up in the place we started. Your clothes on the floor in that old apartment." Calum sang, "I never thought you'd leave without a trace. Can't shake this sinking feeling and I know you're not there and I'm barely breathing. Holding onto things I can't replace. I'm looking for a way to change my mind, don't walk away."

Luke was looking around, trying to find someone.

"Oh! tell me what we're fighting for. Its turned into an all out war. I'll find a way to fix this broken pieces and let go! I'm trying to find my way back home, if it takes until I'm skin and bones. I'll find a way to fix these broken pieces and let go." All of them sang and Luke finally found the person he was looking for.
