chapter 23

Diamond's POV:

"Diamond! Diamond!" The crowd of animals called out my name as I step outside of the clothing store. The paparazzi has been on my heels ever since I woke up. Not that this was something new to me anyways. I smiled happily at all of the cameras that were pointed at me.

Right now, I had just finished shopping for a special someone's birthday and was now making my way back to the music studio, where the boys were at- having a hard time writing new music for their fourth album. You dont know how proud I am of my boys, they came so far and they are still one of the biggest bands out there. Even though their old albums were great, I feel like this new album will be better. Maybe because I am featured in one or two of the songs. Another news is that this is their last album before they take a break. The boys have decided that they want to live with their families, away from all of the fame. They also hope to move out of L.A. and into the small town Hannah and Adriana are  currently living at.

As for me, I have a contract. I am going to model for two more years. Then I am done for good. Living in a small town with all my best friends will be great. No paparazzi, no spotlight, just a normal life. A normal life for my family and I. The fame was good while it lasted, but moving will be great for my family and I.

As far as everyone's love lives, everything seems to be in the right state of mind. No more fights. No more drama. We were all finally living our 'happily ever after'. But let me just recap everything.

Ashton and Patricia have a son name Dylan Irwin. All three of them are living happily. Patricia is still a model with me and Ashton is still in his
band. About a few months back, Patricia had a miscarriage. It was very devastating for all of us. Patricia never knew she was going to have a baby until that day she got into a car accident. Up until now, Patricia has been doing a lot better than the first three weeks she found out about her miscarriage.

Next, we have Michael and Adriana. Oh those two, so cute and so in love. They were the type of couple that I envied when I was in high school. Even after having kids and getting married, they are still so in love with each other. Actually, everybody is still in love with each other. We are all parents now and married. But I can't help but feel so old.

Walking inside the studio room, Luke continues to play the same tune on the guitar- the same one he has been playing since the sun came up.

"Diamond," my handsome husband grinned, looking up from the guitar he was holding. Not a day went by where my stomach didn't flutter whenever he said my name. He still has that affect on me.

"Hey love." I went behind Luke, wrapping my arms around his neck then leaning in to kiss him. Smiling while pulling away from him. I walk over to Chris and Eve, who probably arrived when I was gone, and hugged both of them. "Hey you two."

"Diamond, I want you to check out the houses that Chris and I picked out at River Daele." Eve pulled me down besides her. Taking out a folder, she hands me pictures of the houses that they chose. "I am so happy that we chose to do this, Diamond. This is really great for us and for the kids. Letting them grow up in a small town far away from the big city!"

"Yeah I know, I just want what is best for them."

Moving into my dad's old hometown will make me feel so much closer to him. I never got to see where he grew up, I never even got to meet my grandparents. I just never went to that town period. My mom never spoke about dad's past, she always told me it was because he had a rough one and didn't want me to know anything about it. Maybe when I move there I can uncover some of my dad's  mysteries.

So I decided that the second half of this book will be about mystery. shout out to all of the shows/movies I have been watching that inspired me to do this.

And I don't think you guys really know how Diamond's dad died
I really hope this turns out good.
