Drive north

It was a small Toyota that looked about 8 years old but was still running good. He grabs my bike and puts it in the back and grabs my backpack and puts it in the backseat and opens the passengers Seat "get in freeman"

"Where did you get a car?!?" I said whispering
.
He says insistingly "Look it's a old car it's fine its my sisters old car but it will run smooth for a long whi-"
.
"I'm not letting you drive meeeee you don't even have a divers license let alone know how to drive" I said worried
.
"I made it here didn't I ? And I have a fake divers license and ID how do you think I get stuff haha" he says directing me into the car
.
"Romeo what the hell you're crazy" thinking for a moment romeo does look like he's old enough to drive considering the fact that he's older than anyone in the grade anyway
.
"Crazy in love now get in time is wasting" he demanded
.
I got into the car and buckled my seat belt he started to drive
.
"Take that freeway and just drive north" I said "romeo please be careful"
.
"Don't worry A I got you and we're going to make it to matt in no time" he says looking at the road
.
"Wait why did you call me A" I said
.
"I know you more than you think nice unicorn onezie btw" romeo said mysteriously
.
A few hours pass it was 1:24 am in the clock we mostly jammed out to weird songs in the radio once we hit about the end of Calabasas around thousand oaks and we went to a hotel
.
"I'm getting tired I didn't sleep at all we should stop at the hotel thing" romeo said tired
.
We rented a hotel room and he payed with his credit card and we were in "how did you-"
.
"Shhh A come on take a nap we leave at 9 or whatever he says putting out bags in the room and I head for the couch and set a blanket on it until romeo stops me.

"What are you doing you sleep on the bed" romeo said pulling me off the couch
.
"You payed you sleep on the bed I'm fine here" I said laying down
.
"Look come on I can sleep on the couch no problem" romeo said demanding
.
"I'm going to sleep you go on the bed" I said falling asleep
.
I feel asleep like nothing I woke up around at 7:38. I woke up on the edge of the bed I looked up and romeo is on the other edge still asleep apparently he carried me onto the edge of the bed while i was asleep dammit romeo I thought to myself walking into the restroom I brushed my teeth took a quick shower put on some fresh clothes and deodorant and put light makeup on my face. I checked my phone and I got text messages from my family I ignored my family because I didn't wanna explain and got texts from May Blake Helena and Thalia. I read their texts all of them asked where I was but I respectfully ignored.

I woke up romeo when it was 8:10 he woke up right away took a shower and got ready while I got breakfast for us. When I came back romeo was ready and we ate in the hotel room.

"This isn't 5 Star Vegas hotel but not bad" romeo said
.
"Yeahh not bad at all" I said eating my french toast
.
We grabbed all of our stuff and I grabbed the coffee and foods I put everything in the car as romeo checked out. We were back in the freeway heading towards a long way to San Francisco.

"Why San Fran " I asked romeo
.
He thought for a moment "That's were his old house use to be with his actual birth parents"
.
"I see, what if we don't make it" I asked sympathetically
.
"We will it's not impossible remember" he said looking towards the road
.
"Things happen, I'm not saying we won't but I mean there's a lot of things that can go wrong and then we would have to go back" I told him
.
"I'm not going back without matt A!" Romeo said confidentially
.
I blurted "i know but I mean-"
.
"ATLANTA RIVANNA FREEMAN IM NOT LEAVING WITH OUT MATT AND THATS FINAL!" he says trying to calm down "we made it this far you have to trust me here now"
.
I was surprised romeo never ever said the name everyone called me I didn't even think he knew rivanna was my name. Let alone know my real actual name. "How did you know my names Atlanta"
.
"I know more about you than you think trust me Lanta" he says continuing to drive off
.
Few more hours pass by its 11 o clock and the car isn't looking so good romeo exits out the freeway and I tell him the directions to a gas station
.
"It's shutting down on us the engine is way to hot" romeo sighed
.
"I know a area that won't tow away the car and we can get a Uber driver for now or take buses" I said thinking
.
"Sounds like a plan,but what about our shit" Romeo says pumping gas into the car
.
"Just take it with us even the bikes" I said bringing out my money to pay for gas and drinks, I come back with 2 peace teas and handed one to romeo
.
I show romeo the area where they don't tow cars and I call a Uber driver, after a few minutes the Uber driver comes and me and romeo put our bikes in the back of the car and dropped our backpacks in the back seats where we sat together.

"Where are you two going?" The Uber driver said
.
"Uhh up north towards San fransico" I explained
.
"You guys look young with no adults, you two aren't running away are you" the Uber driver asks while going into the freeway
.
"Well right now where trying to make it as close there as possible" romeo said
.
"I can't go too San fransico but how does Bolsa Knolls sound" the Uber driver said
.
"Lanta where's that" romeo asked hoping it's close to San fransico .
"It's still far from San fransico" I said "we can get to San fransico in 2 days the most in this rate probably"
.
"Bolta knocts it is" romeo said
.
"Bolsa Knolls romeo we can get a hotel there and then tomorrow we can find a Uber or a taxi to San Fran or possibly Oakland" I said
.
"Why you kids wanna go to San fransico so badly, you guys look under 16 perhaps" the Uber driver questioned
.
"Were trying to Find a friend it's complicated" romeo said
.
I took a nap and so did romeo at about 3 or 4 pm we arrived at Bolsa Knolls we thanked the Uber driver and gave him some money. We grabbed our bikes and rode off looking for a place to eat
.
"Just imagine if he was in like maryland or New York or maybe Canada just imagine we would've been screwed" romeo exclaimed as we walked into the mall choosing something to eat
.
Every time we head north we are getting closer and closer to matt he still hasn't responded to any of our calls and text he might not be in San Fran but its the only thing we got right now. Hopefully we find Matthew soon.
