Like I said, I'm sure Kaoruko will be fully behind the idea of students trying new things.

Kinda funny how far Shioriko has come. From being adamant of assigning students to Clubs and courses that best suit their strengths, to now vouching for them to try out new courses for fun and interest.

I'm so proud of her.

Anyway, it's time for Club practice...

VALENTIN: "That's what I thought. Back home in the Philippines we celebrate New Years with the Media Noche."

SHIZUKU: "Media Noche?"

VALENTIN: "Midnight Feast. We celebrate it from the moment the new year starts."

SHIZUKU: "Thanks! I finally get it!"

Oh, it's Valentin and Shizuku.

SHIZUKU: "Ah, but isn't Christmas a big party over there too? How is it compared to Christmas here?"

VALENTIN: "We actually start the Christmas season from September 1st and it lasts all the way until the first Sunday of January. That's when we have the Feast of the Three Kings."

SHIZUKU: "Wow!"

VALENTIN: "From December 16th to Christmas Eve, we practice the Simbang Gabi. We hold nine masses across nine days. It's said that if you complete all nine your special wish or prayer will get granted."

SHIZUKU: "Really?! Did your wish get granted?"

VALENTIN: "Not exactly... But maybe there's another path for me somewhere."

SHIZUKU: "That makes two of us. I've been making wishes lately..."

VALENTIN: "I see. Hey, can I ask you something? It's about this Japanese translation of New Years shrine visits. You make wishes there, don't you?"

SHIZUKU: "Of course!"
