"Well isn't this great." Louise muttered as she slumped over on her desk in the back row of a chemistry class.
After having binge watched Breaking Bad, Louise was rather excited for the only lesson she assumed would be fun. Only that was immediately proven wrong when her teacher Mrs Walker turned out to be a hardass with the thickest Irish accent possibles. Mrs Walker also knew how to control a class room like no teacher Louise had dealt with before.
"Ok listen up!" Mrs Walker had shouted the second everyone had sat down. "You may think that you can just mess around without any consequences..."
She had paused to stare around the class to spot a victim and that victim turned out to be Louise. When she had stopped staring out the window their eyes latched onto one another's.
"... well if you think that then you are gravely wrong." She hissed.
So now Louise was sitting at the back, regretting ever thinking this would be a good time. Her science partner was growing more and more angry at her lack of usefulness as a result since now all she did was stare into space.
The day had been going so great so far, it having started off with an assembly which introduced all the newbies to this quote on quote 'great' school. It put her right to sleep and afterwards she was well rested.
When that ended, Louise was whisked off to an English class small where she was taught by a stout, British man. He was okay but then again she couldn't be bothered to learn his name. When that ended she had ICT that was, in Louise's opinion, just messing around on computers. Who wouldn't to be fair as her teacher, Mrs Freeman, was as old as the strange mark she found in dad's kitchen and was as blind as a bat with shades on and a bag over its face. Louise thought how she could possibly type let alone teach computing.
When that finished it was break which was only decent at best though Louise had managed to make two friends over the course of the day. Scarlett was quite shy but was such a kind and genourious person it was impossible not be friends with her. She had very beautiful and very long red hair and a keen sense of fashion. Joey on the other hand had bags of confidence and wasn't afraid to say something stupid. Louise assumes he prided himself on his hair more even that Scarlett does.
Louise really liked them and they were joined by Rudy, who didn't look like he had aged at all still remaining regular sized, meet and catches up with Louise and is now part of their little crew. Next was Maths which wasn't a strong point in Louise brain but she worked hard and did a decent job liking here teacher Mr Skeen for giving her a little help and then BAM!! Now it is Chemistry and Mrs Walker who have really dampened her day.
Louise decided to just but her head down, try not to be spotted and hope time passes quicker. So that was exactly what she did. To then be hit be wave after wave of groans and mumbles from her partner.
"Maybe if you weren't such a arse and helped me maybe this work would be done quicker..." She heard her clearly annoyed partner say and couldn't help but feel a twinge of angry. She decided to keep the erge of giving him a right beat down at bay and continued to wish time went faster than it did.
"Unhelpful bitch..." She heard him grumble and that was the last straw for Louise and she quickly lifted her head to face the angry boy. Even though they were partners Louise had never really had a look at her partner. He was a rather chunky boy with curly ginger hair and freckles which covered every inch of his skin. Looking him up and down, Louise saw he couldn't be a match for her but carried on to verbally attack back
"Unhelpful bitch huh? why don't you back off before I knock you on your ass" she stated in anger
The boy was taken back by her sudden response but didn't take Louise advice and continued on his rant of her complete worthlessness.
