What's Wrong With Me

Her question shock Logan. The overall suprise of the question was messing with his head. Now emotions where brewing and mixing together inside his head and the words for a reply where hazed and slurred.

"Um well y-you see.....about that incident it was a uh....." Logan was struggling and began to blush since he was making himself look like a ass

Louise looked down quite disappointed and that gave Logan a spring of guilt which punched him in the gut. Why couldn't he just be a man and say what he wants?! Ruffling his own hair Logan let out a sigh and rubbed his neck awkwardly.

"You good Louise?" He asked after while

"I'm fine" she replied bluntly "I think your girlfriend wants you" the little girl walked past him, her hat and hair covering most of her face, coming out the corner and back to the table.

Logan was annoyed at himself mostly and wanted nothing else but to just walk over to her and spill his heart out. But he couldn't. Just then a high pitched whistle rattled his ears and it came from where he normally sits. Already seated there was his skater friends, his girlfriend Riley and her friends and they were all waving and beckoning him over to them. They were seating on the complete other side of the cafeteria well away from Louise and company. Judging from how Louise had seemed rather pissed and how he wouldn't want to mess it up further he decides to go to them. Making his way over he constantly looked over at Louise hoping she would lock eyes with him but no she was looking down firmly with her hands clenched in fists.

All of the choices made until now weren't meant to prevent this

(Flash back)

"Your going to high school that blows" Louise stated as she sat down next to him

"Yeah I know" Logan replied

They were sitting on a wooden bench in the centre of the park, which right now seemed completely deserted. The trees near by danced slowly in the wind and sun shone proudly onto the lush grass and plants. Both of them looked out into the park not making eye contact and not speaking for a while.

"Who knows maybe I will find someone to replace you?" Logan joked when he broke the ice

Louise spun he head towards him with a look of slight anger "Dream on!" She said punching him the arm then giggling "No replacement Louise exists and there never will be so you will have to keep chasing that thought"

"I will indeed"

(First day of high school)

"Excuse me where do I find Biology?" Logan asked politely to a girl his age after a while walking around finding nothing

The girl spun around and Logan's jaw dropped at the sight of her. She was.....perfection. With features crafted by the gods and hair as soft as satin he would of expected her to laugh and walk away from him. Why wouldn't she? Right now puberty wasn't giving him any favours. Quickly Logan looked down and started to inspect his shoes.

"What did you say?" The imbodyiment of beauty asked in a soft voice

"Um w-well you see I-I ju-ust wanted to....never mind" Logan said in breath take speed and turned to walk away

But before he could do so something he would never expected to happen, happened. A soft hand took his wrist and stopped him from walking away. Freezing at the touch the young boys skin turned into a volcano as he slowly turned around to look at her. A adorable giggle snuck out of her mouth when she saw how Logan had reacted.

"No it's fine you said Biology right? I am in your class then" she beamed a bright smile "My name is Riley, Riley Leggett what's your name?"

"A-a pleasure m-my name is Logan...." He quickly shut his mouth before saying the dreaded last name
