That Girl

Louise was happy. Not the happy that she displayed when it was her birthday, being given a free all day ticket to the Warf or being allowed to watch Game of Thrones when she was younger. It was all of those combined and more. She couldn't describe or even think about how on top of the world she was right now. So much so she would find herself smiling even when she was sent to bed early for school and when Gene had used her toothbrush. The rest of the Belchers were instead down right confused by her attitude that night

"So you just found her standing still outside and she....suddenly became happy?" Bob said looking at Tina at Gene, who told their parents their point of view from which they discovered the new species of 'Happy Louise'.

"That's what we saw, nothing else" Gene replied to his father

"Maybe we should just ask Louise why she is so happy?" Tina chimed in

"But then this wouldn't be a secret family meeting" Linda moaned

As soon as Louise had gone to sleep, Linda had called this secret family meeting to discuss Louise's odd behaviour. But none of them could really pin point the reason from Gene and Tina's lack of helpful information.

"Maybe it's just her maturing" Bob stated wisely "She is maybe growing up for once"

"Aww my baby has learnt to fly" Linda proudly said

"Come on mum and dad she won't grow up until she is 56 we all know that" Gene cried

"I bet she will be her normal self by tomorrow" Tina wisely concluded

"Lets end on that note" Linda said standing up

"Finally!" Bob said in relief "I can go to bed!"

(time skip-morning)

She didn't change by the morning

"Morning family!" Louise happily declared skipping into the kitchen to be met with her family all looking in confused wonder as she poured herself some cereal while humming a cheerful tune

"Morning sister..." Tina said breaking the silence, looking at Louise as though she had grown a extra nose

"Yeah what's up....?" Gene asked looking up curiously from his XXL portion of cereal.

"Sleep well?" Bob questioned from over his newspaper not that concerned for Louise's new attitude, instead approving of it

"Great father!" Louise joyfully stated

"Ok darling...." Linda said instead sharing her children's complete amazement/confusion from the sight

This sort of back and forth went on through out the whole meal, Louise stating stuff with a happy and care free tone and her family (excluding Bob) repling in a total wonder. Then once again suddenly Louise jumped up from her seat and ran to the door to grasp her back. Once again taking her family of guard and startling them for her to shout back to Gene and Tina

"Come on guys time for school!"

Dashing out the door and onto the sidewalk outside to halt and wait, while rocking back and though in content. Gene and Tina walked up to the intranced sister and look at the seemingly frozen sibling.

"Um...what are you doing?" Tina asked

"Waiting for Logan of course" she replied like the answer was in front of there faces the whole time.

"Ok then...we will gone on ahead then, try to catch up if you can" Gene said in more of a excited tone and take her sister by the wrist and pull her off in the direction of their school.
