Drawing has never been my strong suit, I've never been an artist, but I sometimes doodle, usually on my hands or arms.
Yes, I've heard the talk about how "pen ink isn't good for you" or "it'll stain your skin forever" but coming from someone who has tried various markers, pens and even paint sometimes.

It's not as bad as you think. You can wash it off pretty easily and the more stubborn ones only need a few days before they fade because the skin regenerates. I've even used permanent markers and even those went away eventually, as long as I didn't ꉣ꒐ꏳꈵ ꁲꋖ draw over it again.

Besides, now they don't notice anyways, they don't pay that much attention to it. Everyone's done it at some point, no? It's not like I'm showing them my wrists and saying "look at my doodles! Aren't they cool?"
I don't think they'd find them very cool. They're pretty simple, it gets boring quickly.

But I don't mind. It's for my own fun. I sometimes do it without noticing, so some lines end up crossing with others because I'm not looking. Yeah, it's annoying, but I can't fix it then. I prefer to finish a set of doodles before deciding to wash it off. Usually it's about, maybe four on each side? Five? It can be more or less, it depends on the day.

Fun isn't exactly the right word.
I don't get a kick out of it, I don't feel bad for doing it and I don't feel bad prior to doing it or after. It makes me feel better by a tiny bit, but that also heavily depends how I'm feeling when I wake up.

I never committed to doing a large drawing that reminds of a sleeve tattoo, I lack the bravery for it. I'll have to be content with my small doodles.

I don't like drawing on myself.
