My phone vibrated on the desk next to me. It scared the life out of me. I checked my phone.
C: hey beautiful
A:don't call me that
C: why not?
A: bye. I'm gettin ready see you at school :)
C: hurry up I'm outside your house with the boys waiting for you.
A: wait what?! Fine I'll take the free lift into school.
I chucked my phone in my bag and chucked on some acid washed high waisted shorts with a Green Day shirt. I said bye to mum and Jey and ran into the van. "Hellooooooooo" they all said. "Don't make me" I rolled my eyes. Cal patted his lap. I was too tired to fight so I agreed and sat on his lap. "What if I'm on my period?" I asked. "EW. Well I dunno I guess I have to like wear special blood proof jeans" Calum said. I rolled my eyes and hummed until we got to school. I jumped out of the van and Calum grabbed my hand. "Our classes have swapped by the way. I'm in every class with you except from History" Calum said before running off to his lesson. The day went by quickly. I decided to hang with the boys again after school and stick around for band practice. I met them by the gates. But one thing caught my eye. There was a girl. The girl who Calum snogged in class the previous day. She was holding Calum's hand. "Oh autumn this is Veronica. She's coming with us too!" Calum said happily. I just replied with "oh" and walked next to Ashton. We reached the van and Calum started telling everyone where to sit. Michael obviously drove as it was his van and as always Luke sat in the back and ash say next to Mike. "Oh Autumn if you don't mind sit in the back with Luke please" Calum asked politely. "Err okay" I said nervously. I sat next to Luke and Veronice sat on Cal's lap. "It hurts doesn't it" Luke whispered to me. "What?" I asked "when you get rejected" Luke said. "Well I don't like him. And I wasn't rejected. It's not like I enjoy sitting on his lap, lol" I said bravely. We arrived at michaels house and went straight to the basement. I didn't realise but they had a gaming night tonight. Calum suddenly disappeared with Veronica. "Great now he's gone. Jaz you need to make him jealous. Make him feel what you feel" Michael whispered to everyone. "but how?" I asked. "Ok sit on Luke's lap and flirt with him. Me and Ash will keep remarking you guys" I looked at Luke and we both were blushing. "I'm in if Luke is" I said. "We're all in" Luke said bravely. We heard Cal and Veronica walk down the stairs and we got in out places. Me and Luke started 'flirting' as they walked in. I saw Calum's mouth drop. "Oh hey guys where you been?" I asked them. It felt good to make someone else feel jealousy. Dear god I sound like a devil lol. "Oh just went to explore the house" Calum gulped. I nodded and me and Luke carried on. I looked at Michael and Ash every so often to make sure everything was going to plan. "Well I'm gonna go then Cal see you another time" Veronica said. "I'll see you out" Calum said. They exited the basement. "Ok let's carry on even though Veronica won't be here otherwise it will look suspicious" everyone nodded and went back to how they were. "
Calum walked back into the basement and stated at me and Luke. This was kind of satisfying. "Suck it up you too. Get a room" Cal said, annoyed. "What do you mean? They're so cute together" Ashton said. "They are like cuter than a marshmallow. It's just so adorable!" Michael agreed. "Whatever. I'm going home" cal said impatiently. "Yeah I should probably get home too! Luke could you drop me pleaseeeee?" I asked politely. He eventually said yes and drove me to my place. "Today was banter!" We high fived. "Teamwork"
I said and jumped out of the car. I unlocked my house and sat in my room. I kept getting texts.

I shut down my phone and smiled at myself. Sass. I sent screenshots of the texts to the rest of the boys and they all congratulated me on my sass. I ended up falling asleep at 6 pm. I missed dinner and woke up the next day at 5 am.
